Don’t print here, the rates they charge you is insane and you can find better places in Toronto to print. For a print shop located on a university campus, you should make it affordable for these students. Please don’t go here they also have terrible customer service. Because why are you charging 8$ for 3 11x17 papers

I went to print just for 2 page. He didn’t even care its like he don’t want to do small things. He didnt even look at the mail he was looking for flights and i left. Do not go this worthless shop!
I got a open-licensed textbook printed and bound at the Ryerson location. The person who helped me was very courteous and professional and the service was really well done and quick. The price was very reasonable. A few years ago I also had some large prints made of some photographs I had taken and they turned out really good as well. I still have the prints and they're in good shape considering that I never framed them and I've moved a bunch since.
The man (who I am assuming is the owner) helped five other people before me despite the fact that I was there first. After seeing customer after customer come and go, about twenty minutes had passed and I was still without my single 8.5x11 document. When the man FINALLY handed me the print it was completely off centre and a portion was cut off. When pointing this out to the man he told me that their machine was broken and there was nothing he could do. He suggested I come back in "2 or 3 days to see if we fixed it". After wasting 20 minutes of my time for a service he couldn't provide in the first place, I kindly suggested suggested he tell his clients the machine is faulty in the first place. At this point the man told me that print ONE 8.5x11 sheet on photo paper can take up to a half an hour (which is an absurd statement and totally false) and that I should not come to their shop if I am in a hurry. After telling the man I wasn't in a hurry and could wait the 20 minutes if I was actually going to get a finished product in the end, he then raised his voice at me and yelled me out the store to the point where I could still here him after the door had closed behind me. I have never written a review before but this place deserves one. I have never in my life experienced service that was so incredibly repulsive or met someone quite as rude as the shop owner. I strongly encourage you never give this place your business and I certainly wont be back. There are cheaper places in the city that are much better quality. Also when I asked if i could take the faulty image he printed me to see if it could be salvaged, he said no because he needed to use it as an example to show the printer technician... Complete waste of my time
