Wow!! Terrible customer service at the printing and shipping service desk! The ladies (!!!) at the desk were awfully rude and unhelpful! You should quit if you hate your job!! Not my responsibility to tolerate your rudeness and attitude!!
one star because I went there for photocopies. automated. put the pages and printings were blank. they told me I should have put them the front side up. Why you dont have instructions for this. lack of instructions in printing machines. overcrowded lack of staff in printing jobs. 10 people were waiting. i paid 20 $ in photocopies and 3 dollars were blank pages. they don t refund the blank pages.maybe its a policy they earn more money from the blank photocopies. selling air is profitable. I would advise get a printer from amazon (has 1 year return policy) and do printing job at home. I am starting this right now and no more viits to staples paying for blank pages.
Print Centre: Update: hoping today was the day for a better rating but no I did not take my own advice and go to a different printing location. This time the order was not ready on June 3. Received an email on June 2 that it was ready. Lots of time wasted in line waiting and the document had to be printed on site while I was standing there much to the chagrin of the people behind me. Do not get your items printed here unless you are willing to wait for a long time, staff not trained, absolutely horrible service at this location. Taking my printing needs elsewhere!
Rohit was helpful. Overall experience could be better, because some random guy in plain clothes who was behind me in line started to tell me the store policies while I was dealing with the cashier. Nobody asked you anything dude! However, Matthew is the go to guy. He turned my almost negative experience to a excellent one, Matthew knows his products, got excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude. Would be dealing only with Matthew going forward.
