Had a great experience! I had last minute things to print for my first wedding. The man helping me was fantastic (he had black hair but I didn’t catch his name). Informative, smart and helpful. I will come back thanks to his incredible customer service.
I went ib to get 9 pages of architectural prints printed it literally takes 5 minutes to print those pages. I was told I had to wait 2 hours for them because they had a lot of back orders meanwhile they're only two people working there one of which was speaking to me and all the big printers that print architectural prints were turned off. So unless they have more printers in the basement that are printing those back orders I don't know what's going on in this place. The issue is they don't have serious competition they are too comfortable and take advantage of the customers needs. I just hope some online company like Amazon starts some printing servise. I'm sure it will be cheaper and faster
Ordered a same day print online, but after 12 so it was supposed to be ready by 6pm the next day. I came in at 5 to check on it and the files hadn’t been downloaded, then one was going to take an hour to download (less than a gigabyte) so I was told to come back. I then got a call saying the file wouldn’t open, and I then came in with a USB with the same file and it opened. I was offered a refund before I suggested bringing in a USB. But when I pay for the print to be before 6 and I get it at 8, it’s certainly not worth it.
They should help for some one who doesn't have the knowledge of the computer or have idea.....instead the sit in the booth and tell you what to do ......spend 1 or 2 min of your time and show them ......
Only deserves a 1 star. Asked an employee for something he didn't know what I was talking about. Grabbed one of those cards to bring to the front desk for the product. I give the card to one person who starts talking to someone else and not getting my product. I ask what's up then it was passed it to someone else who then comes back and doesn't say anything only to pass it back to someone else. Then that person looks for the product on line and says it's out of stock. What the Why are there the cards on the shelf with no product? If it wasn't COVID I would've been yelling!!!!♂️
My wife just had the worst experience at this location - when trying to use one of the computers to fill out an application an employee in a very rude manner just approached her saying that there was a 20 minute limit (which we then confirmed was false) and came twice to rush her because there was another client waiting to use the computer. She also allowed the customer to stand behind my wife as she filled out her application (violating my wife’s privacy rights). This back and forth between this associate and the other client resulted in my wife having to rush to fill her application form. Just want to highlight that if this application gets impacted, we will take the appropriate action. Not only you provided the worst experience, but also have violated privacy rights.
I love the self-serve photocopy service. The machines have lots of features including double-sided copying and stapling. You just pay with your credit card. They even have a large paper cutter and hole punch you can use for free. If you can't figure out how to use the copier features, the staff is very helpful.
