If you need a UPS parcel shipped here don't bother. Please update your website. I literally arrived with a heavy package and they refused to take it. Plus UPS isn't open on Sundays.
Don’t go if you don’t have to. We arrived at 4:30, 30minutes before closing. First time using staples, the Self Service was not that easy to use (perhaps we are not as digital savvy). Counter staffs were very unhelpful, gave some advice and went back to their phone scrolling and conversation waiting to lend their shift. We were clearly getting nowhere and none of them came to help. We barely had time to print 1 sheet, no thanks to them.
Went today to print the documents. I didn’t have to wait even a second, the lady who was helping me was very very nice and helpful and gave me advice where to print the photos for the doc. Nice easy and affordable.
Customer service at the printing is so bad. The girl kept me waiting and started helping another customer , she only came back when I asked her. Did the same thing with another customer. Managers please hire more representatives or teach the ones you have to do their job probably. Will not be coming back
This staples is pretty dam good its on the second floor. Has a lot of useful items for school and office work. But if your looking for artist items it is a much better option than dollarama. They have a lot of good items for beginner artist. The printing machines are also good. I would come again also something unique for this location is they have a decent selection of electronics ranging from monitors to tablets. Its worth a visit for sure
Quality is poor for a premium calendar option + expensive. No confirmation that order is ready which they said they will email. Customer service is really bad too! Never got a return call. Will never use this service again. Shame on you staples
Print quality was extremely poor. I took the same print from walmart and could see totally different output. Customer service was poor. The person insisted i received the prints already and later he found it was marked in error by them.
