Our organization worked with TPH as part of an espnW Summit Canada partnership and Jennifer was wonderful, helping us understand and execute our print needs in a timely and efficient way! TPH also supported logistics with delivery, installation and removal and it was great to have one knowledable point person to bring this to life. We printed a range of items at this branch — everything from flags, banners, decals to nametags, lanyards and branded assets and uniforms. Thank you, Jennifer!
Went here recently and wasn’t impressed with the service. Prices are outrageously high compared to competitors. I’m sure the quality of the product is outstanding (for the price you’re paying) but I ended up choosing a different company. I wanted to rate my experience as 3 stars because each person I talked to from the Bay printing house location gave me vastly different quotes for the same product. No explanation or breakdown of costs were provided. I had to ask and their responses made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It would be great if their pricing is transparent and made available on their website to see.
Good quality printing, but if you're able to, print at other TPH locations - this location charges nearly twice the price for the same print job while the turnaround time is the same. But if price isn't an issue then you get good printing with a good turnaround at this location.
We use TPH frequently for our marketing collateral, from small tickets to large pop up banners (and the hardware included). They are so fast and accommodating, even when we may not give them a lot of heads up. If they can make it happen, they will. If they can't, they'll tell us when they can. I appreciate that.
Always incredibly helpful and responsive, and their work is top-notch. Craig and his team go the extra mile to accommodate our needs and we are pleased to recommend them to everyone!
Open early, location is convenient, service is very fast, quality is good. The reason I give 3 stars are the price. Starting service fee is $15. For example, it won't allow you print out excel sheet directly. You need to transfer excel to pdf, that cost more. But If you are in rush to have something done. This is the place for you.
The store manager was incredibly unprofessional and discriminatory. I arrived early afternoon on a business day to have business cards printed. As an online order from another company was not delivered. And the following day I had a business trip to Asia with no down-time to get business cards. I was referred to this place as I was told they could do rush orders. I will make sure to share this story with my referral so they don't recommend anyone to this store. I arrive and the Manager was instantly condensing and combative. I stated I would like business cards and if I could have some made by close of business. The Manager stated she is busy and her shop is busy. Then states "really you ordered and they were never shipped to you." As to call me a liar and convince me not to place the order. Then she states that this would be considered a rush order and I would have to pay a high fee. I stated this is fine. And she continues to sign with contempt on her face. She then asks for the business card files. I explained that I used an online template tool to make the cards on the other site. And I don't have one. Thus, I will send the company logo and request no "design." Just the company logo on the front and I will provide my name and business details. She then gets frustrated yet again and states she can't do the work without the design files. And I would need to pay another fee for design. I state that is fine. I ask what format does she need the logo to be in? I currently have it in png. And can export it from my design tool. She states it needs to be in esp. I pause and she immediately begins to insult me and attempts to provoke a fight. Asking me if "I am an actual graphic designer?" as though that matters within the context of this conversation! I state I used to be, and that I don't use Adobe suite anymore. And now do digital design (i.e. UX/UI) with Figma. Then in a condescending manner states - "well then you are not a designer!" I then respond again stating I use Sketch and Figma for design. And I can figure out how to export in esp. Figma doesn't allow exporting in this format. So I downloaded Sketch on my computer at the counter while tethered to my mobile phone for Internet service. I recently got a new laptop and migrated all my designs from Sketch to Figma. I then took the exported file from Figma and uploaded it to Sketch and Sketch allows the export to esp. She then gave me the wrong email address to send the logo and it bounces. Thankfully one of the other workers provided me the correct email address and finished the transaction for me. It's one thing if I came into the store angry. But I didn't, I stated I would pay whatever fee for the cards. By far one of the most insane customer service experiences. There is no way she should be running this store. I paid nearly $200 for a 100 cheaply made business cards and was treated like I was subhuman and neither my time or money is valuable.
