I recently had two very different jobs done at this location. Needed a lot of input from their team on both occasions. They provided good info and choices. The final products were outstanding. Colours, paper quality, and small details came out better than I imagined. Also I had some tight deadlines for my show and they worked promptly for me. Great job TPH Adelaide!
Sold us 3 $300 retractable banners. After 5 or 6 uses the top bar detached from the banner of 2 of them. I brought them in for repair and they told me they could not even though attaching the bar to the custom banner is how they go together the first place. They said there is no warranty as they have no way of knowing if a customer abused them. I'd give them that if the mechanism was broken inside, but the fact is they were barely used and came apart, thais called a defective product. I was forced to buy brand new ones, but they did, however, offer me a generous fifteen percent discount to replace the faulty banners they sold me. When I took them to my event, the third banner broke as soon as I tried to open it. It might be a good place to get a couple of photo copies, but I wouldn't spend more than ten dollars there. Unless, of course, you like throwing money away.
My biggest complaint about businesses here is that they're too slow to answer emails and get work done. Not TPH! They are on the ball. These guys are fast, efficient, and answer their emails right away. Communication is fantastic. Service is excellent and straight forward. I've had 3 apparel printing jobs with them so far (3 separate orders) and all 3 were fast and exactly as expected. Most printers take 14 business days for silk screen orders...TPH gets it done in 7 days! 100% faster than anyone else. It's hard to find a business that does good business these days. But I'm glad I've found TPH. Highly recommend.
TPH provides an excellent quality product in a short amount. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service!!! I would recommend for anyone to use TPH for any of their printing needs.
