DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. I spent over two weeks trying to place a simple button order for a funeral. Every time I called, I was told to “call back” or “text.” When I finally got through, I emailed my order, which they admitted they received, but I never got any confirmation. I had to keep chasing them down to arrange payment and confirm details. I was promised on Wednesday that my order would be ready for Friday. I sent an e-transfer for the payment on Thursday, followed up with a text message to let them know the payment was sent for the order on Friday and got no response. When I called Friday afternoon to see if the buttons were ready, I was told that the person who makes them was sick and not in. Even if that was the case, they could have had the professionalism to contact me that morning and let me know. Instead, I was left wasting time following up, only to learn my order wasn’t even ready. This wasn’t just any order , it was for a funeral! The lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy is unacceptable. This caused extra stress at an already difficult time. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Worst worst Worst experience with this guy Dylan. we ordered 1000 pins 1 and half weeks ago for our event on 27th April. For whole week we were taking follow up with him and he was saying will do it. Also took payment information as well and on 26th he said will deliver order at 4 pm but with different dimensions and quantity, we agreed with him on that as well but this guy was making us fool and then he stops picking our phone calls and around 4:30 he said I can’t work on your order. This was my life’s biggest mistake to contact this guy for my order. He was saying I am doing this business from last 30 years, if he is not able to give proper customer service in 30 years then he has to think about something else instead of making people fool.requesting everyone don’t go and order from this guy. He will destroy your plans as he did with me.i am giving one star but actually this guy not deserving that as well. Think 1000 times before contacting this guy. Update to Dylan’s Response: We first spoke about the order on 19th April that pins are required by 25th as we had two events on 26th and 27th. All throughout the week, every single day there were multiple follow ups on the status, not once did he mention that he will not be able to get those ready on time. He told us on 24th that he is trying to get those ready and kept us in limbo until the last minute. Emergencies happen, can happen to anyone and its important to stay by family and friends during that time but when you are running a business communication is the key. You gotta tell the client clearly I have a situation, I might not be able to get these done on time so its your choice. We needed the pins for two big events which we had to run without them. If there would have been a clear communication at the first place, I would not have relied on Dylan and would have instead chosen a different vendor even if it would have been for slightly more price. And in that case, we could have still built some trust with Button boy and could have returned for future business. Based on our experience we do not want to work with Button boy in the future even at a discounted price.

Disappointing Experience! My interaction with this company left much to be desired. Initially, there was a severe breakdown in internal communication. Despite agreeing on a price and delivery date with TJ Parino, it became apparent that Dylan James, the individual responsible for the production, was unaware of the agreed-upon deadline. Had I not taken the initiative to reach out, it's doubtful they would have met the requested date. Upon receiving the buttons, a second issue arose. They charged my credit card twice: first for a significantly higher amount than what was initially agreed upon with TJ and outlined in the emailed quote, and then again for the correct amount. Despite numerous emails and calls over the span of four months, I have yet to receive a resolution. TJ promises assistance but redirects me to Dylan, who consistently requests the same information and assures me of validation without any follow-through. This lackluster experience highlights not only poor customer service but also significant flaws in internal communication within the company.

We ordered 30 buttons for a rush job. The buttons were done to perfection and in time! The customer service was impeccable! What a great experience! Thanks again guys!

Button Boy is the best and most reliable place in the city for button orders! We've worked with Dylan (Button Boy) twice and both have been positive experiences. Our latest order, was very last minute with a less than a 24-hour turnaround. While I don't suggest submitting last-minute orders, Dylan graciously prioritized our order and had our button pins ready by our deadline. Button Boy has great deals for amazing service. Thank you Dylan!!

    Sorry you had a bad experience. There were several things that made this order complicated, It was hard to get in contact on the phone, and one of my staff was deathly ill. We have taken steps to make sure even in 911 situations we have back up staff now.

    You were refunded. TJ was a good guy but is no longer with BUTTONBOY. I cannot speak of how he handled this order. He is no longer a part of this company.
