Layla A., one of the account managers, worked with me for over 2 years to ensure that our Mascot, Chance the Raptor, happened. She consistently communicated with me every step of the way, from initial inquiry to production. To be able to see our mascot go from a digital design to a full production has been so beautiful. Layla and the Team at Sugar's have been great to work with. We started talking with them in 2020 and created a budget for our project. We approved the work to begin in 2023. Layla and her team gave us a time frame for the design and build of our character and they nailed each date. They communicated with us very well through the entire process. We love the finished product and we are excited to start branding our company character in our community in 2024.
