Neisha helped us print company logo cocktail napkins just 36 hours before we needed them for an event. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, but she was also just a joy to work with. 10/10 would recommend and will use for future events!
BIG SCAM – DO NOT ORDER! I've given Stitchy Lizard almost a dozen large orders, but the owner is extremely rude. As an Italian, it pains me to speak poorly of another Italian, but I feel I have to. When I asked her why the logos on my shirts were wrinkled and damaged, she dismissed my concerns, telling me to stop complaining even though this was the first time I ever complained about an order. Her beta husband, standing next to her, nearly swung at me and was on the verge of tears, asking how I could insult his work. Luckily, his wife held him back, or the logo on the shirts wouldn’t have been the only thing damaged that day. Additionally, Neisha Carpenter, who initially seemed friendly, became increasingly rude and aloof, making it very frustrating to do business with them.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! After bringing them a few big orders they always had issues with the printing and made up excuses and made me feel bad for asking. The woman who owns stitch lizard, her husband was about to punch me for asking why my design came out bumped and wrinkled. Neisha Carpenter is also always extremely rude and has an extremely negative attitude. She then held him back and sent him to another room in the building. She then said since you always complain go buy somewhere else. This was my first time out of 5 orders ever complaining. All I wanted was to not pay for the logo on the items that became damaged because of their horrible work. I ALSO SAW THE OWNER PICK HER NOSE. IMAGINE HAVING A PICE OF SHNOT TRANSFERRED TO YOUR HAT OR T- SHIRT
Horrible customer service... When asked a simple question, we were given such an irritated and bothered response. Some other reviewers had mentioned this type of behaviour in other posts, can confirm it happened to us as well.
Bought patches about $2000 that look like toilet paper. Thin shredding and half thickness of our regular supplier. Still have all the ones made and had to replace.
Neisha did some embroidery on aprons. I knew when I saw the proof that they were going to be wonderful. The work was excellent and the turnaround was great. The design was quite complex so I don't know how many other people could have done such a good job. Thanks for a job well done.
