Phenomenal service! Tony is a magician and saved my brother's wedding!!! I tried Staples for printing some foam boards. It was a disaster. They didn't know how to help and each person gave a different story/answer. With Tony being the owner, we received personalized service! He took matters into his own hands to ensure the event prints were flawless. He didn't print blindly and told us when certain items would not print well and edited them so as to remove some wedding stress burden. He delivered exceptional service and I have used his services for events for my son and daughter and will continue to go to this establishment. Prices are super affordable which is the bonus!! Would highly encourage anyone with ANY AND ALL printing needs to go here if you want the best results:-)

I odered three customized mugs for $150 on Wednesday 9pm and received them 4pm on Friday! Although I wish the inside the cup and handle were also white since I ordered white color on the website. I didn't expect it is dark blue?. But other than that, fast delivery and quick response via call/text from the owner is amazing! Thanks!? ■ Update as of September 6, 2024 My friend got another mug by mail today. The owner sent the white mugs to my friends address in the U.S. by mail. I really appreciate his professionalism and considering attitude toward customers satisfaction. I'll order another customized items in the future
Antonio's customer service was really responsive, and he got my order done sooner than expected. The quality and price were excellent. It sure makes you realize that a local supplier is usually a better option than those anonymous websites of promotional products.
I have never written a Google review before for anything, but am literally doing this so I can finally get a response. I paid in full and finalized my order with this company on November 30th. Nearly a month later and I have not received the one mug I ordered, nor have I heard back, despite sending multiple emails, leaving multiple voicemails, even using their online contact form. At this point it seems they have taken my money and ran. Despite it now being after Christmas (it was intended to be a gift and I figured that ordering over 3 weeks in advance would ensure it came on time...I was wrong), I would love if they made this right, but what a frustrating experience this has been. Update: I just looked at my PayPal account (which I used to pay for this) and apparently they refunded me on December 22nd. No message, no outreach, nothing. Glad I got my money back, but what a terrible and unprofessional experience with this company. After hearing from the owner (below), who called me a liar, I thought I would just attach the emails I received from the company. They informed me on November 28th that I could not proceed with my original design, so I sent a revision on November 30th. As you can see, I followed up two more times over email (though I also tried other methods), with no response. I have no reason to lie, and no reason to post this, except to warn others of the unprofessional service I received (though the childish response from the owner below should be warning enough).
Amazing service! Antonio was great. He answered all my emails and questions. I ordered it at night, and he had it ready the next day! So happy with the product and service considering it was 3 days before Christmas! Thanks again, we will be back!
