I have been working with LandLord for over a year now with my current rent. From the application process to communications, everything has been great. My designated manager is Fatima and contacting her for any information or inquiries have been timely and amazing. LandLord's process follows closely with Toronto's renting guidelines and provides me a genuine comfort and confidence as a tenant. My only nitpick would be the three-way communication among myself, LandLord, and the unit owner. This might result in longer response time when there is an issue that requires the owner's approval. However, this is not a criticism towards LandLord's end, as Fatima has always been quick with getting these issues resolved. As a tenant, I can confidently recommend LandLord when renting out their units.
Our experience as a tenant of this property management company has been awful. Our account manager Jesse takes weeks to respond, maintenance request takes months to get fixed. Our lease reassignment gets rejected for no reason, which is illegal. I can't recommend enough not to lease from this company. If you do lease from this company you will regret it, I would highly suggest finding alternative rental accommodation.
This company manages a property on invergordon in Scarborough. I’ve been after them to fix problems in my home and they NEVER follow through. Waste of time and money. Don’t trust Erica. She’s a liar.
