Our experience with Zoran Properties management company has been excellent. Our property manager and administrative assistant at our building are a great team and are very professional, responsive, and truly committed to the well-being of residents and the overall success of the building. What really stands out is their communication and accessibility—questions and concerns are addressed quickly, with respect and transparency. It’s clear they take pride in building strong relationships with both residents and Board members. Thanks to their dedication, our condominium runs smoothly, costs are well managed, and improvements are thoughtfully planned and executed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any condominium community looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring management.
Fantastic property managers. They really care for their residents and staff. Very easy to deal with for day to day matters. Jane and Davor are incredibly professional and kind, serving the building's best interests (Ion Condos, in my case).
Run from these people if you don't want exportation. That is the only thing they are good at...No one in this company that are responsible,nor accountable. Be informed, don't ever ignore reviews... because that is what I am still regretting uptill now. They formulates documentation just to take away your property. When they target you for no reason, they do all shedelling stuff like going to tell your bank that you don't pay your maintenance fee ...and charge 6000-8000 dollars lawyer or legal fees, demand payment from your bank from without your consent, they put romdon amount just to frustrate you. They are serious head ache! I can't even explain it...They calmed I owe one month maintenance fee 500 that I already paid, but they refused to record it in their system...I didn't know that is what they do when they already target you as their prey... before I know it they formulates document and they took 10,000 dollars from the bank Without my consent. CIBC pay them, because they threatened to sell my property if the bank don't pay them.I am still struggling right now... You can't believe the level of unfairness done by these group members.it's hard reality that I still can't get over with! Do yourself good and run for your life! This is my story.
Zoran Properties served our community for over 15 yrs and startedwith professionalism, each year the services declined, the start of covid was the beginning of the biggest nightmare for our corporation running the corporation into the ground, after interference in our elections at least 4 times to keep control of the Board with hand picked incompetent members including making a superintendent a member of the board ,the manager I mean managers were nice but couldn't run a free lunch misleading incompetent board or making backroom deals with members The owners after 4 attempts at fair elections have finally elected a new honest and committed team to bring life back to PCC30 if any corporation’s are doing business with Zoran Properties. BEWARE don't let your board fall asleep at the wheel
They managed our building for 15 years. During that time, many residents experienced harassment, and the overall customer service was extremely poor. They consistently failed to maintain the building properly and showed little concern for the well-being of homeowners. Additionally, they involved themselves in board elections inappropriately. We are relieved to now have new management in place and are hopeful for a more positive and professional experience moving forward. We had nightmares removing them.
My first encounter with zoran property management staff was not a positive one. I was riding my bicycle in the bike lanes on cosburn Ave traveling westbound when one of their drivers carelessly swung their door open and nearly struck me. When confronted about not looking before opening his door and nearly striking me. The driver responded with " I didn't hit you did I? So what are you complaining about". Are these the type of careless people Zoran employs? This was my first encounter with this company and it will definitely be the last. I will not be hiring them for any job nor will I recommend their services to anyone.
We have had the opportunity to work with Zoran Properties for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The managers I have found to be detailed in their explanation of the repair that is required so that we can assess and repair in a timely manner.
