I am a busy professional with a single rental unit in my home property and little time for landlording, and have struggled to find a suitable property manager for my situation. I've worked with Pierre as property manager for over a year and am extremely satisfied with his work. He communicates effectively with tenants who have not always been easy to interact with, and has effectively coordinated several repair and maintenance jobs, including yard work and appliance and plumbing repairs, all reasonably charged and completed on schedule. Pierre is consistently responsive and pleasant in his communication, and his fee is very fair. I recommend his service very highly.

Pierre was always very professional and responsive as a PM. I had an extremely challenging tenant, however Pierre and his team were always polite and professional with the tenant, in spite of her challenging behaviour. Any issues with the property were handled quickly, and I always felt supported by his team.
Pierre has been managing our property (an apartment condo in one of the Voyager buildings located on Lakeshore Boulevard in Etobicoke) since March 2023. Since we first expressed in renting out our property in February 2023, Pierre has demonstrated extreme professionalism, knowlegde/wisdom, speed, eagerness and proactiveness in all his ongoing dealings with us while also providing us various options to mull over leading to final selection of the tenants. Pierre also helped in either disposing off non-essential items within our apartment or finding appropriate storage options for essential items.
