I began my search for a new home in June of this year. After a number of applications, many of which were outbid, I ran into a listing and decided to give them a call. I spoke with RJ Tibor and I couldn't be happier with my experience working with him. RJ was very responsive, very clear and above all, he was receptive to all of my questions and made the process feel very smooth. He told me exactly what I needed to do to have the best chance at getting approved. I was extremely happy to hear that my application got approved. RJ kept in touch with me afterhours to ensure that I wasn't confused by anything or if I needed help with something in particular. The staff at Real Property Management is very professional. They Work as a team and if there is something to be done they get job done in a timely manner. I have 3 properties managed by RPM, and I should say that by far they exceeded expectations with availability, customer service, and punctuality. I would definitely deal with them in future in case i have more properties. One thing that i love about RPM is being detailed yet not overly disturbing. Thus, you are not bothered with all the small activities and you get a detailed summary of things that is done in a report. Plus, they communicate with you with the means of communication of your choice, and you feel at peace with leaving your property in their hands. ---- Updated to 1 star. While in the start their service seemed good (I say seemed, because I live far and I was just trusting their words and reality was different), it turned out to be a disaster lately. They overcharged me and refused to refund me. They also have been taking advantage of the fact that I live veey far and could nit visit my property. They would find any reason to send a technitian and charge me for it. And many times, the technitian was not really a technitian aparently. I visited my property after a while and I noticed the so called technitian put in a wrong sized dishwasher as a replacement and broke the cabinet while doing so. Their other so called technitian painted my unit, such that paint dripped all over my hardwood, outlets, kitchen cabinets, etc. And for each job, I was being charged the highest rate possiblle because they brought the "bsst" in the city! Stay away from their scam. You will regret leaving your property in their hands.
