Baldev Paan is a must for your after dinner mouth freshener! We came here with our family after dinner and ordered mithi paan. They were juicy and appetizing. The store also carries kulfi, YUM! And many other South Asian snacks and dry groceries.
Amazining pan like backhome. Apart from paan lots of varieties in candy's, chocolates and other mouth fresheners. This paan shop is almost 40 years old at the same location. Their expertise in making pan is ultimate. They also serve ready to go snacks like Samosa, Puff, falooda, Mango Lassi, lemon soda, cold drinks, ice cream, masala tea and many more. Must visit place to see authenticity of the culture of india in the heart of downtown Toronto at Gerrard Street.
This is mainly a Paan location but I saw a sign saying they had sugarcane juice and I hadn't had one in 30 years so I went in to get one. It was so so good....just like I remember it from back home. It was made with lemon, but next time I will see if he can make nit with ginger.
Visiting Cambridge, we happened to discover its best foodie secret: Baldev Pan (next to Popeyes). True connoisseurs will know right away that their Chana (chholey) Bhaturey were AUTHENTIC; & the servings are hearty & ample! The same holds true for their Paronthas— all were Exceptional!!! The tea was great but the pan was only good in the sweet version. We will DEFINITELY BE REVISITING & recommend them heartily:)

More than 35 years ago Baldev was a customer of mine with my telex company, I telexed his orders for him. He invited me to come down to the shop and try his Paan. He was a wonderful man whose English wasn't great, but we understood each other and I've loved paan ever since. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Amazing variety of food and the taste of food was great. We ordered all different food from Vadapav, Dabeli and puff. Everything was good. Must try it.
