Pure magic is delivered to your table at this restaurant! Food is incredible, everything is made from scratch, and ingredients are simply superb. It's a family business, and it makes a huge difference. Indulge yourself and you will leave feeling amazed! My compliments to the Chef and his gorgeous wife, and their wonderful kids!

Really disappointed with this place. It looks nice and has a lot of hype, but the food was a complete letdown. We tried several dishes and none had any real flavor — just bland and forgettable. Desserts were no better, which was surprising for an Italian spot. Service was average, but overall the experience felt like a waste of money. I won’t be coming back.
Honestly one of the most underwhelming dining experiences I’ve had. The restaurant is hyped a lot, but the food just didn’t deliver. We ordered a variety of dishes to try, and not a single one stood out — everything was bland and lacked taste. Even the desserts, which we hoped would redeem the meal, were a letdown. Service was fine, but when the food is this poor, it doesn’t really matter. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.
Extremely disappointing experience. This place was so overhyped, but none of the dishes lived up to it. Our group ordered 8 different items, and every single one lacked flavor — completely tasteless and poorly prepared. Nobody at our table finished their plates. Even the desserts were below average, which says a lot for an Italian restaurant. Service was okay, but nothing could make up for how bad the food was. Definitely not worth the money or time. I will never come back.
I nearly gave this restaurant a one-star review. My wife and I took our daughter to Bellona to celebrate her birthday. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty, and we were seated at a booth. The server handed us menus and mentioned the $27 three-course dinner special—a great deal, so we placed our orders. Then, unexpectedly, we were told that to receive the dinner special, we had to move to the bar. This abrupt and unnecessary statement soured the evening - especially when there was no one else in the restaurant (see pictures). I wanted to leave, but my wife convinced me to stay so we wouldn’t ruin our daughter’s birthday dinner. Aside from that frustrating experience, the restaurant itself is quaint and cozy. The server was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive (five-stars to her). The food was also well-prepared and appetizing, with portions that were just right—not too large, not too small. Compliments to the chef for the excellent preparation and presentation (another five-stars to the chef). At $27, the meal was a steal. I would have gladly given Bellona five-stars if not for being forced to relocate from a booth to the bar. It felt like second-class treatment, especially when no one else was in the restaurant at the time. I do plan to return to Bellona at some point, as my daughter and many family and friends live in the area. Depending on how that next visit goes, I may revise my rating.
Excellent food, service and vibe! The food was just mind blowing. Such an amazing thing for a vegetarian to find this gem of a place. The lemon pesto pasta, Sofia pizza, and the Tiramisu are my absolute favourites!
