The food here is on par with other Fast Fresh locations. However, the attitude I’ve witnessed from a specific staff member over the past year is unacceptable and has completely turned me off from visiting this location. On numerous occasions I witnessed the older Filipina lady arguing with a co-worker while I was waiting to order which made me uncomfortable. Another time, a customer had approached her with a concern about the salad she bought earlier (I believe she found some sort of foreign item in it) and she accused her of lying even though she showed her a picture and started waving her hands and telling her to bring it here. There is no need to speak to anyone like that, the customer was visibly shocked and me and my co-workers just walked straight out of the line. When you work in customer service you have to be personable and approachable. Especially in an environment like this when there’s so much competition, your employee’s attitude could be the reason customers come to your store or choose to go elsewhere. I don’t want to feel uncomfortable getting my lunch. Please do better.

I always have their large salad with self selected ingredients. Great way to stay healthy and lose some weight. Just select their low fat dressing and chicken breast for protein. It's a plus where they switched to biodegradable container. If the lid can be biodegradable, that would be better. I would have given them five stars if their new staff can give consistent portion (most of them are afraid of giving too much so the new staff tend to give way too little). Price is also a bit expensive at $13.xx for a large salad with one protein and no other optional ingredients.

Fast Fresh Foods is advertised as a healthy meal. It is to some extent but what people don't realize is that everything is loaded with salt! The first time I ate here I got a sandwich with a side salad. I thought the sandwich was very tasty, and I was very happy with my "healthy" lunch. What I did not expect was that I would be chugging water for the hour after my meal. I came here again to give it another chance because I thought, maybe the ingredients I chose in my sandwich were salty - maybe a worker accidentally dropped a salt shaker near the ingredients. I was wrong! I ordered completely different ingredients this time, but had the same reaction of thirst after this meal as well!

Wow what a blatent rip-off!!! So I got a large salad with 7 free toppings, sounds great right? Except its not. The scoops they use are TINY, so you get a miniscule amount of each topping. When I saw what I was getting I asked opted for some protein which was an extra $2, again a tiny scoop of processed turkey. The only thing they use a large scoop for is the dressing, my salad ended up looking like a giant snowball because it was swimming in ranch dressing. Then the kicker $13.50!!!! For a bowl of spinach swimming in ranch dressing. Avoid this place unless you like being screwed over for lunch. Will never go back!

Really enjoyed the options of ACE bakery bread they offered for their sandwiches. Nice spreads and toppings too. Overall a great experience that I'll be coming back for.

Delicious but expensive. Favourite combination is the rosemary ciabatta with spicy chipotle sauce, chicken, havarti cheese, caramelised onion, roasted red peppers and arugula - toasted a little longer than the usual amount.

Always fast, always fresh. The price is fair for the size and quality of the meals. The manager, Mary, is super friendly and handles Catering orders efficiently. My Catering orders for executive meetings have always been completed flawlessly and precisely on time.
