Please train your new employees. I’ve been going to this location for a quick lunch for a while now, and today the experience really hit a new low. For almost 17 dollars after tax and tips, I got a sloppily packed wrap with mostly lettuce, very little chicken, and a criminal amount of hot sauce, none of which was at my request. This is quite disappointing.
Ordered 18 items for a meeting lunch. Food was great. Only issue was that not one single item was labelled and wasted a good 20 minutes of our 30 minute lunch trying to figure out who's salad belonged to whom. When we called, we were asked if we told them to label the items. I've never had to do that with any other establishment when placing a large lunch order. Other than that, the food was good.
We found this place during our visit in Toronto, the food was great , chicken was delicious, so savoury, Cesar salad was a good surprise. We definitely will get back soon. Service was super nice. Place not busy and the atmosphere was super chill, we enjoyed so much our food .
FLOCK Rotisserie + Greens seriously never misses. The chicken is always cooked perfectly with its super juicy and full of flavour, and the sides are actually amazing. I usually go for the kale Caesar and sweet potatoes, and they hit every time. The vibe is relaxed, the staff are friendly, and the food always feels fresh and healthy without being boring. It’s one of my top spots when I want something that tastes great but still feels like a good choice. 100% recommend checking it out.
Feeling kinda low after a not-so-great hospital appointment, I walked into the nearest place to "eat my sorrows away". I was welcomed with a wide smile by the manager (Eyob). As I pondered the menu, he offered some helpful explanations of the menu items, and I ended up eating what he recommended - Santorini Bowl with chicken. The meal was delicious and the genuinely friendly service helped to perk up my mood. I'll definitely be stopping in again.
Today I had the Boho Salad, it was delicious. The service was amazing , I would highly recommend it. The general manager Eyob always provides great service and great recommendations. Thank you Eyob!
First time trying Flock and it was absolutely delicious!! Exceptional service and attention to customer! The location is convenient and also very clean! I ordered the Santorini bowl so yummy!! Will definitely be back to try some o the other menu items! Me and my mom really enjoyed it! Thank you again!!
