Absolutely disgusting. I’ve been asking them to cover the food for more than a month after finding a fly in my salad. I even found hair one time. They’ve messed up my order and charged me a different price for the same order multiple times. I’ve just arrived to the store only to find 3 flies probably laying eggs on the food as soon as I walked in today. And the manager is never in the store to take complaints. However I did speak to the manager once and forwarded my complaints to her multiple times. Nothing has changed. Not eating here anymore. I’ve just noticed the number of 1 start reviews. This place is a complete joke and I will be making a very serious complaint in person when I find the manager for once.
Falafel bowl is disgusting, the salmon and miso or teriyaki items are good but they charge 22$ for a bowl and they don’t even fill it up, they leave so much space in the container and the salmon slices have gotten. Skinnier and skinnier it’s basically the size of a pencil
The bowls are pretty average. The only standout item is the Caesar wrap—when it's made properly. Please work on consistency.. Sometimes the wrap is super dry, just plain lettuce with barely any Caesar dressing.. Also, the crispy chicken wrap is pretty bad..chicken was not crispy at all.
Accessible entrance locked at 1930 , staff do not have anything ready for customers to order, everything takes twenty minutes for a simple bowl, staff were incredible rude about the wait as well... And for 20$ for a small portion of food. Yeesh.
Amy was absolutely awesome - she could tell I was starving and gave me a great recommendations and whipped up a solid shawarma wrap for me! Good bang for your buck - very filling and fresh ingredients! 5/5
I picked up a salad here and it was terrible and overpriced. I think twas at $16 for a case said that was mostly crotons and powered cheese., very little in the way of salad greens The dressing was watery and flavourless. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.
I’ve tried to stop by a couple of times on my lunch break, but each time I’ve noticed the staff prioritize online orders over customers who are physically in store. Even with a long lineup, the focus stays on getting delivery and pickup orders out, which has made the in-person experience feel quite frustrating. On top of that, they’re often out of key toppings listed on the menu for certain bowls or salads.
