Ordered swiss chalet take out. Ordered a chicken ceasar salad. Waited far too long for a salad. Everyone who ordered after me got their orders before mine came out. I had to follow up and ask for an update on my order. I was then given a warm drink and when I asked if I could exchange for a cold drink I was asked "is it not cold enough for you?" The person then touched the bottle and went to get one from the fridge. I will not be back.
Prepare the order that comes first whether it is for the in person customer or mobile order. You guys really know how to waste delivery driver time and money and girls please work more talk less.
I haven’t visit this location for over a decade! I use to visit this location when I was young and lived in the area. Love a Harvey’s burger at any time. The staff that helped me name Cindy was very kind, friendly and made my experience a positive one! Thank you

I don't do reviews but I had a great experience here and by far the best Harvey's I've been to. The staff that was serving me was Cindy who was very welcoming, and her patience with me was appreciate when I took a loong time to order (sorry abt that T-T). She didn't make me feel pressured to hurry up my order too which will make me want to come back to this location again! :)
Go to another harveys if you truly want it, otherwise you are going to wait over an hour for food. Especially on uber, 2 hours for food and it’s down the street. No point, don't waste your time.
Really great food for the money and good coupons available. This location is challenging, though. Pickup for mobile orders is on the same side as eat-in orders, which means you can wait a long time just to pick up an order you made well before everyone else. Adding to the frustration is that staff can be genuinely rude and patronizing to customers. While I can appreciate that one bad experience with staff doesn't reflect all, it does make it a less-than-ideal visit.
