My review focuses on accessibility. This location has an automatic door opening button. Unfortunately, over the past few months it has not been working consistently. This affects me while entering but when Im leaving, the staff always rush out to hold the door for me, regardless of how many customers are waiting. Ordering, is convenient. The menu is easily visible and the staff are patient answering any questions I've had about menu items, or specials. The food has always been decent, as expected. I have difficulty with verbal communication, and the staff are patient to listen and double check they got it right before adding toppings on my burgers. Even when their busy, they've never left me feeling the extra time they take to serve me is a burden. The seating is a small area and I find my electric wheelchair is a challenging to fit at the tables inside. On the patio, the seating is better. I can move the tables & chairs as needed to make room for me to comfortably sit at the table. Ive never looked into the washroom facilities, if they are fully accessible. This is an area where many smaller location have difficulty giving sufficient space to be comfortably accessible. Unfortunately I haven't looked into that, at this location. When I do, I will update my review. This location seems to have a lot of delivery app customers. This impacts accessibility, as several delivery drivers leave their bikes haphazardly blocking the entrance, as well as the patio seating. Often they are rude, or simply ignore me, as I try to get their attention to move their bikes, that have blocked me in the patio. Having to wait until the bike owner has picked up his delivery before he comes out to move the bike so I can leave the patio. This is a repeat occurrence over the past summer. I hope the manager puts up signs asking them to leave their bikes away from the patio and from blocking the entrance. Overall, this location has great staff, helpful, patient and always willing to assist a customer with Disabilities. Also, Harveys is a Canadian restaurant, which makes it my "go to" option in my neighbourhood. Hopefully the automatic door opener gets serviced soon.

My husband and I came here alot of times to buy food here. There's these girls was harassing her and asking her if they can take the coupons and she said it was expired. She was being so nice to them and they were being so rude to her. I saw them went to the swiss chalet dining room complaining about her doing her job. When I was reading the reviews about her. She didn't even say that to them. They such LIARS. Those kind of people, they love to lie about anything. I complained to the head office telling about the 2 girls was harassing her. That's not nice of them. I asked her name and she give me her name. That's why I'm writing you this about MARISSA. SHE'S REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE KNOWS HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. All I'm gonna say is MARISSA is the best employee ever. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Good place. The staff named melissa/merissa not sure she was quite fast in making the sandwich in a blink of an eye no time wasted. If you are looking for spicy ones ask for the ghost pepper sauce.

The pictures look really good, but you get a really small burger with almost nothing in it and undercooked ! I will NEVER eat there again because you can get a good size steak for that same money ! I should have checked the food before I left the takeout ! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED that for almost $12.00, you get a burger that does not taste right and the manager could not be more insensitive! This is how people get rich, by putting a thin slice of pickle and a thin slice of tomato in an undercooked burger ! What a waste of money !

I stopped by to pick up a poutine. I haven't been to a Harvey's in a while and they appear to have changed the packaging of the poutine from the round containers to the rectangular ones. The poutine tastes the same, though. The fries and gravy are hot enough to melt the cheese curds. They also need to manually enter your Scene+ number if you have a card to collect points. Overall, the service is good.
