Unfresh meat, not great service and took over 15 mins to make one salad when not busy. Smoothies were watered down. So wanted to love this place but just not good :(

Omg this place was vulgar I ordered before hand and expected a salad, instead there was this huge bowl of rotting meat? Super disappointed not to mention the ESL who started screaming that I should eat this meat bowl because it was going in the garbage.

I saw an advertisement outside showing the price of a milkshake as $6.99. When I went in to order, I was surprised to see a different price at the register. I pointed this out to the cashier, thinking it might have been a simple mistake, which can happen. But instead of honoring the advertised price — as is usually expected in such cases — he simply said he couldn’t change it. I understand that mistakes happen, but in retail and food service, the standard and ethical practice is to charge the customer the advertised price and correct the signage afterwards. Refusing to do so feels dishonest and unprofessional. It’s not about the $1 — it’s about the principle, and the way the situation was handled. The attitude of the staff was dismissive and showed no sense of responsibility. Very disappointing. Misleading pricing and poor customer service. Won’t be coming back.

This place has really died down in terms of quality and service. Amount and quality of food would be enough to fill you up. There were clear differences in regular vs large portions, you got what you asked for and the workers were nice. Now they constantly forget or don’t put enough of an ingredient, the workers give attitude and when paying for a large bowl they give you less than regular. Really sad, won’t be coming here again.

A mixed bag of great decor and variety but let down by long waits and some quality issues. ImPerfect Fresh Eats offers a trendy atmosphere and an extensive menu, but the dining experience left something to be desired. The wait for the bowls was much longer than expected, and though the regular-sized bowl was quite filling, the chicken cuts were not up to par—too much skin and not enough char. The dish could have also benefited from more sauce. Lastly, the absence of soap in the bathroom was a concerning oversight. Overall, some pros but definite room for improvement.
