The staff were friendly and it seems like a popular spot for smoothies inside the equinox! Unfortunately I ordered a hot tea (I wasn’t expecting much because it’s a smoothie bar) but the citrus mint tea was not great at all. It almost had a plastic like taste, perhaps there old or maybe I just needed an extra tea bag but sadly not my fav. I’m sure the smoothies are good, the protein looks great and healthy.
When a smoothie costs what it costs at IQ on Avenue Rd- one should expect a proper full portion, not a half inch short of the top. This pic is after a quick drag on the straw but the top of the serving is clearly visible :(
Really delicious healthy food. I tried the boxed salad 'La Gringa' and had the almond chocolate chia pudding. Both were excellent. The tricky part is actually finding this place in the building. It is tucked within the Equinox gym. It's a little pricier than other options but worth trying!
