Waiting for my order from a long time and when I try to call at given number, it says the number is switch off and the voicemail is full. What should customer do?
Absolutely disappointing experience. I went to Radhe Krishna after reading good reviews and expecting something close to Delhi-style chole bhature. What I got was nowhere near acceptable. The chole tasted like plain boiled chickpeas dumped into haldi and red-mirch water — zero depth, zero masala, zero flavor. The bhature were equally underwhelming. Honestly, I can make far better chole bhature at home, and I’m not saying that lightly. The whole trip from Barrie to Toronto was a complete waste of time, effort, and money. This was my first visit and definitely the last. I’m requesting a refund because what I received was not what was advertised or expected, and I have proof of purchase. To anyone reading this: don’t even consider going here for chole bhature if your taste baseline is Delhi or North India — you’ll be disappointed.
I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by my order today. This was not just a bad meal; it was a blatant disregard for basic food safety and customer health. The moment I opened the bag, I was hit by a foul, rancid smell that made my stomach turn. The container of chowmein was so poorly sealed that cheap, greasy oil had spilled everywhere, soaking through the bag and making a huge mess. It was clear the food had been thrown into the container without any care. The smell and the state of the delivery indicate that the ingredients are old, the oil is probably reused, and the kitchen practices are utterly unhygienic. They are literally playing with customers' health. Serving food in this condition is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. I did not and will not eat a single bite. I am throwing the entire order directly in the trash where it belongs. I am shocked that any restaurant would feel comfortable sending this out. Do not waste your money. Do not risk your well-being. Avoid this place at all costs until they learn basic hygiene and respect for their customers. I will be reporting this to the local health department.
Incredible concept! No dine in though. Suited for delivery and pick up and walk in customers. You come into the pick up area, you show your receipt on the scanner, and locker opens up after a quick verification.
Great place to dine! They have a nice variety of options so there's something for everyone. The vibes from the staff were great too. All of the food is made to order so I'd suggest ordering ahead online if you're in a rush. No complaints though because the food was fresh and delicious.
Awesome concept! Multiple diverse restaurant options under one roof, easy to order ahead of time for breakfast, lunch or dinner pickup. I could and will order take-out from here multiple times a week! Keep adding more options to choose from!
We ordered through Uber eats from Nepali house restaurant, and it showed pickup time at 11 . When we reached, we tried the bell several times before someone answered... and turned out that restaurant doesn't exist anymore, which means they didn't delete it from their website in the first place... It's ridiculous.
