This location goes by different names on uber eats. Do not order from here. You'll be waiting for hours with no food. They not only make a fuss for you but keep the driver occupied too. Really the worst costumer service ever.
Chana bhatura arrived as a disaster. The chana tasted rotten, the gravy was sour and foul, and the bhatura felt like reheated rubber soaked in old oil. The whole meal looked and smelled like it had been sitting around for hours. No effort, no standards, just careless cloud-kitchen slop thrown into a box. Calling this “Punjabi food” is a joke. Total disgrace.
I would give them a 0 out of 10 if I was able to. I have tried ordering from them twice now through Skip. Once a couple of months back and again tonight. They literally accepted and confirmed my order, had a courier make their way towards there to "pick up my food" and all, had me waiting 1 + hrs and then all of a sudden cancelled my order. I gave them an other chance tonight and made an order again. They confirmed my order and a courier was matched to my order and on the way there. I waited about an hour and then looked their number up on Google to call them & it shows that they are closed. I spoke with the courier and he told me that this is a ghost kitchen that doesn't actually exist! I spoke with Skip and thankfully was refunded but honestly this is so disappointing and quite honestly, after viewing the reviews of others just now, I am HAPPY that I didn't get any food from them as most reviews have indicated not only poor waiting times and poor service but very bad quality of food. Thank you all for being honest and please beware if you try to order from here. There are plenty of other delicious places to get from.
Very disappointing experience. This is a multi-name cloud kitchen. We ordered a thali from Uber Eats — it came with1kadi, dal, and kale chana, but the food was sour and tasted stale. We went back and returned the food to the shop. The guy at the counter said he just started his shift, and the manager walked by without saying a word. No apology, no concern. Won’t recommend this place at all.
I order a veg thali they mentioned a lachha prantha in it but gave me the stale roti and there strange smell in the curry. Even when I called them they didn’t resolve the issue and hang up. I’m definitely not gonna order again.
horrible. this is a scummy and scammy place. their advertised prices on uber eats are false and they add hidden charges at the last step. 1) i was gonna order this roll for almost $17 bucks. but it was BOGO so ok. 2) why am i required to pay for the most basic component of a roll separately? but ok $2 charge extra 3) how is it almost $21 at checkout? i don’t care if it’s just a couple dollars, this is strange. called the place and person who picked up said they don’t know the reason. obviously, not the poor worker’s fault. but this is really scummy. don’t waste your money
