The beef and chicken shawarma is incredibly dry and crispy, likely from sitting out for days. The management is unfriendly, and their portion sizes are absurdly small. On the other hand, the rest of the staff is friendly, offering great service and generous portions. It’s only when management is present that the experience becomes disappointing. You constantly have to ask for things, whereas the other staff proactively offers them.
I think by far this is the worst chicken shawarma plate I had period! Calling it Lebanese? This isn’t Lebanese style! Nor it tastes anything like Lebanese shawarma! The chicken was dry and cold and had no flavour and the rice taste old like it was made and reheated also the portions are way to small the plate was half empty I also read one of the reviews just now apparently the owners pockets the tips that’s horrible! One of the worst experiences I’ve had ever if this was my first time eating at Lebanese style chicken, Shawarma plate it would be my last this brings a bad name to the Lebanese chicken Shawarma!
The chicken street style shawarma is the closest to a dubai shawarma I’ve found in toronto! Really hits home for me! A bit pricey though but good portion size.
I cannot believe what I saw with my own eyes. DO NOT GIVE TIPS TO THIS PLACE!!!!! The owners do NOT give the tips to the employees rather they eat the tips themselves. Unbelievable, tips are meant to be given to the workers NOT to the owners pockets!!!! Everything is dry and flavourless. Their so stingy with their toppings and everything. Never coming here again
Great service, a guy helped me to choose what they have, and good food quality! Even my toddler refused to eat her burger cause she liked their rice, salad and meat!
I asked for a tabulleh salad meal plus beef, i got the tiniest amount of food and a perrier, I questioned the cashier if that was the Meal Salad, and she didnt seem to understand a word of what i said, she couldnt solve the problem, just stood there and said “you want this or not” I was so upset that I payed almost $17 for something I mentioned it wasnt right. I am mad at myself for eating here. Terrible service from the cashier !!!! Ruined my day, thanks a lot.
Oh my goodness. The food here is amazing! Great quality and flavour, relatively healthy (for me!) and priced reasonably. I wish I had found this earlier in my stay! It’s in a food court in an upscale mall which is very clean and spacious.
