I eat at Lili a couple of times a week, and it’s always a great experience. The bowls are fresh, flavorful, and really well put together. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and quick, which makes it perfect for a lunch break. It’s the kind of place you happily return to because the food just feels good.

Kale Cesar is not mixed in and so incredibly over saturated in dressing. It’s borderline a soup! Update - prompt response by management and a replacement meal was provided. Much better quality, taste and overall output.
Tasty but very light on the ingredients. My harvest bowl claimed to have brussel sprouts but it contained exactly one single brussel sprout cut in half The employee working cash seemed to be going through something - did not want to look at me or speak, only pointed at the payment terminal.
I had this twice this week, and honestly, the food is delicious. The only thing I’d point out is the saltiness of the chickens (piri chicken and roast chicken) —it seemed a bit much and could be toned down a little. That said, I’d absolutely recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be coming back soon! Cheers!
Indian guy at the counter was really nice. I was quite slow at ordering and he was patient. Luckily, there's no queue. My salmon was served warm. The broccoli, mushroom and dips were really nice. It's located at the food terrace on the second floor
I've eaten from here about 3 times now and each time the food exceeded my expectations. This place is definitely an unassuming gem, one of the top tier "fast" food places compared to other downtown Toronto food fare. I've ordered the Brisket Bowl, Chicken Parm, and Lemon Dill Salmon. Fresh ingredients, decent portions - Tasty. One of my top recommended choices to eat at in the downtown area.
