Really delicious food and nice atmosphere. Clearly marked vegetarian and gluten-free options. Came for brunch and will be returning for dinner to try their different offerings!
Oh wow, the food is delicious. I came for lunch, my first time, here, and had two dishes. First the kisir, a bulgur wheat salad: fantastic. Really really tasty. Then the half order of the manti beef (Turkish dumplings), and woah, it was a revelation. Incredible. I can't wait to go back to try out the rest of the menu! Also, the vibe is super charming; it feels like walking into someone's home, in a good way. And the service was lovely. Fantastic experience, and like I say I can't wait to go back!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the place itself feels cozy and elegant. Every dish tasted homemade yet refined. Lokum Eats is a lovely and authentic Turkish restaurant. The moment you walk in, you can tell how much care went into creating the space. It is beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting, with details that make you feel like you have stepped into a little corner of Turkey. The food is delicious. My friend ordered the spread breakfast, which came with a variety of dishes, and everything I tried from it was full of flavor and perfectly prepared. I ordered the Manti, a traditional Turkish dish that is like filled pasta made with dumpling-style dough. It is served with a yogurt-based sauce and a touch of spice, and every element was perfect, from the texture to the filling and temperature. It is one of those dishes that feels comforting and rich at the same time. The service was amazing. The staff were friendly and eager to explain everything on the menu. They made us feel very welcome and taken care of. I also loved the Turkish tea, which they kept refilling throughout the meal. It was a simple but thoughtful gesture that added to the whole experience. Everything about this place impressed me, from the food to the atmosphere and the people. Lokum Eats is definitely a spot I want to return to often.
What a fantastic spot on the far side of the Junction. Lokum was intimate, friendly, and the food was amazing. They started us off with the house Pita with olive oil and every meal from then on was flavourful, especially the chicken with molasses. Lots of vegetarian options to choose from as well so you can feel free in your choice and not constrained to 2 things like most menus. The drinks were delicious, and we will definitely be back. Lokum is thoughtful about every patron.
What a gem. Went for family dinner last night. We were warmly greeted by the owner and seated at a comfy round table. We shared a very reasonably priced bottle of French wine and the fava bean appetizer. Both exceeding expectations. Mains were delicious and portions were generous. Finished with Turkish coffee and lemon cake (so light). The evening was delightful. I can't believe they have been in our neighbourhood for a year and this was our first visit. We'll be back soon.
