I ordered the Paneer Butter Masala wrap and the paneer was extremely rubbery and not eatable at all, felt like it wasn’t fresh. I went back and informed them, and they made it again, but unfortunately the second one was exactly the same as the first order. Very disappointing experience.
Amazing food, tried the tofu/veg dosa and it definitely did not taste like typical mall food. The gentleman making the food was also very kind. Highly recommended!!
I tried the first time today the potato masala dosa and masala chai. It was a huge dosa and flavour was great. Masala chai was yum!!! The atmosphere I give two stars because the mall especially food court is always flooded with people. Since there is live music people stay longer and do not leave the seats. It was hard to find a place to sit and eat. It is also a very noisy place. If you are used to loud noise constantly then you will be fine. The service at the fast food place was excellent and great. I will be going back again.
Excellent place and service. I was there this morning and asked for an omelette which was not on the menu but the person at the counter still got it for us. He was friendly and helped us out a lot. Food was great too! Must try it!!
Customer service is so bad, yesterday asked for 2 samosas, guy who was working crushed samosas accidentally n asked us to pay more because he has to make “samosa chaat” now. Like really!! Why would we pay more for ur mistake We didn’t ask for anything else, moreover they ran out of samosas after that. Guy told me “ if u want it pay for it otherwise leave it”. Is this how you treat customers? No apology or anything…. Not ordering from you guys again.. not worth it. Please work on customer service skills…
Customer service is so bad, tried to order Samosa and guy accidentally crushed the samosas, asked us to pay more because he had crushed the samosas n have to make samosa chaat which is an upgrade. We didn’t even ask for it. On the top, they ran out of the supplies. Like really!!! He had the audacity to say “ if u want to get it pay for it otherwise leave it” U r making mistake n asking customer to pay more not good… anyways never ordering again….
I ordered masala dosa and another dish called large size idli (can't remember the name of this dish) today. Loved this food, it was very flavourful and the quantity was enough to feed two people. I recommend this place to everyone.
