Cant' recommend! Every dish I tried was dried out from the buffet effect. The meat was hard and chewy and I got chunks of just fat. The proprieter was absent in the back always and unable to warn me of 2 very spicy dishes that hurt. Both my companion and I thought it a good deal but would not come again. We live so close and like this kind of food. The ambiance is low money but that doesn't bother us. A fighting foreign movie played and distracted me.
So the waiter informed owner has changed the rule and now it’s full price for kids aged 4 and 2 . I have never seen a place charge full price. Of buffet for a 4 year old . The food did not have refills for mutton or no roti / chapati or desert . When questioned who charges full price for a buffet for a 2 year old he decided to charge $8 each for 2 kids aged 4 and 2 and billed us for 3 people . This no clarity he kept saying owner changed rules but never have I seen buffet being charged for 2 year old
I went here for lunch buffet it was $14.99. The restaurant is usually empty during buffet. The server told me to help myself and enjoy the food. I asked him 3 times for a plate. I was wondering if I had to bring my own plate from home at this point. I was looking around for a plate and try to open something and the worker started yelling DONT OPEN THAT ! I had to move out of the way. Again I ask for a plate to be ignored. This person was so rude I left the restaurant. Worst experience I've had at buffet 0/10
I had a great experience here. I went for the buffet and I thought it was great! The mustard greens and curries were lovely! Will definitely be back !
There were 3 of us at the restaurant, we paid for the buffet and even tipped when we started the buffet. The food tasted awful and tasted like it was out of date, especially the chicken. We realized it after taking the first bite. We asked for a refund without the tip. The waiter understood the situation and wanted to give us half, but he called the owner. When the owner came, he said he wouldn't give us anything and that it was our fault for not trying the food before paying, which is not how things work. Finally, he got upset and a little aggressive, so we decided to leave without our refund. The worst service, the worst satisfaction, and the worst food. We will never return and we do not recommend that place to anyone.
We went to try the buffet , sadly there’s nothing for kids . My 5 year old son couldn’t have anything because of all the spicy dishes , asked for steam momo , they didn’t have . If you planning to go with kids , it’s not worth .
We visited Namaste Tibetan Kitchen based on a strong recommendation from a friend who had been before and really enjoyed it. She even came along with us, excited for us to try what had previously been a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to the hype. We ordered the sel roti stick, which was one of the first things we tried. It was already fried and sitting out in the front, and it was served hard and cold. I expected it would at least be re-fried or warmed up for some freshness, but it wasn’t. That really set the tone. We also had the shabaley, beef momos, and laphing. Out of everything, the shabaley was the highlight crispy, flavorful, and fresh. It was by far the best dish we had. The rest, however, felt rushed and lacking in care. The beef momos were okay but nothing memorable, and the laphing didn’t have much flavor or freshness to it. There was only one guy working, and unfortunately, his service felt lazy and inattentive. My friend even commented that the food tasted very different from her last visit it was less fresh, and clearly not given the same level of attention. Overall, it was a disappointing visit. We wanted to like the place, especially given the recommendation, but the lack of care in preparation and service really brought the experience down. Hopefully it was just an off day, but based on this visit, I’m not sure we’d return.
