New York Fries is a food court staple, unfortunately, I cannot rate this location higher than 2 stars. I got a hot dog and fries, my hot dog was just warm (not food safe) and they do not offer any topping! I asked for sour kraut and onions and they looked at me like I was crazy. The wiener is almost double the price of street food and all you get is a naked dog on a bun with a packet of mustard. The fries were a little old but fine. The ingredients are quality and if there was more thought put into the menu and more care by the staff this could be 5 stars.
Bad customer service, no skill and rude with the customer, i usually buy the food here, yesterday i was there buy lot of things, I not even can carry my food, i ask the plastic bags, he said to me【no bags 】! I can't believe that........ Never going again, and also the counter so dirty!, Hopefully training people Probably!
My son and I enjoyed the poutin, but we have had better. Gravy is salty and I thought what we ordered was overpriced compared to other establishments that sell poutin.
Why do you have an item in the menu which you can't even make. I'm talking about hotdogs. I can find tastier grilled hotdogs from the street vendors 2 blocks away. And the buns are awfully cheap and not toasted
Maria is the best server that works at this location in the food court she is polite and very caring and she keeps her customers happy and pleased with their orders.. way to go maria keep up the good work.
