THEY DO NOT FOLLOW FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS. Horrible he accepted my uber order then went ahead and called me saying he can’t make it since he can’t follow safety protocols. I was unable to cancel and uber told me not to because I will be charged for HIS mistake. He sent me food to my place that clearly says it contains what I’m allergic to inside with my note saying I have a dairy allergy. They didn’t follow safety protocols and stole my money when he couldn’t deliver what was asked for, he sent me food I am allergic to. He caused a whole mess
I ordered a salad from Chop Hop through Uber Eats, and the protein, clearly listed in the order, was not included. I attempted to contact the restaurant, but my calls went unanswered. The salad did not justify the cost and I will not be ordering from this establishment again.
Quiet and clean. Sometimes there are a few loud teenagers (but I don’t blame the place because its close to a few schools!) otherwise a quiet spot to enjoy a meal. I love eating the wrap. I’m very picky about cleanliness and this place is very clean! Feels healthy eating here and a welcome change from the fast food nearby.
This place has quickly become one of my go-tos for a healthy, satisfying meal. So far I’ve tried the tandoori chicken, jerk chicken, and kafta kebab — all solid picks. The tandoori chicken is super flavorful without being too heavy. The jerk chicken has a great kick, a bit smoky and spicy but not overwhelming. And the kafta kebab is juicy and well-seasoned — kind of underrated, honestly. Great with the kale Caesar or roasted veggies on the side. I like how you can customize everything — pick your protein, then load up on fresh sides. It feels like you’re eating clean but still getting something hearty and tasty. The place itself is more for takeout or quick eats but they have enough seating as well if you need to sit down and enjiy the food. The service is quick and friendly. Prices are fair (usually around $15–20 depending on your combo), and portions are really generous. Overall, if you’re in the area and want something fast, healthy, and delicious, Pantry is definitely worth checking out. Can’t wait to try a few more proteins next time.
Ordered many times and food is good but ordering off uber eats is a joke. Pantry doesn’t update their items and they cancel your order over and over because they run out of items. How hard is it to update your items!
I used to really love this place, but around the same time they raised their prices, they started making substitutions in the meals with cheaper ingredients. For example, the beet salad was one of my favourite sides. But they've replaced the kale with lettuce, which gets wilted very fast. It's a shame because this neighbourhood has so few places eith healthy and tasty food. The new beef kofta is pretty amazing though.
Welcome addition to the neighborhood! The place was recently renovated and is very clean and bright. Tried the 1 protein and 2 side dishes - jerk chicken, Dan Dan broccoli and pantry sling salad - everything was very tasty! Excited to try the different salads and will return soon!
