The service was great, the young gentleman at the cash was a pleasure to deal with. However, once I received my food I was VERY disappointed. For a $25 Hawaiian Ahi poke bowl, there is a certain expectation. The rice was old and in clumps. I got 5 little cubes of Ahi tuna. There was no sauce, despite asking for two of their sauces...I thought nothing of it, and it was my only meal of the day...I ended up getting sick...I was in the washroom all day and vomited twice. When you deal with raw fish, you have to be careful. I cannot believe that they would even offer such an underwhelming bowl knowing we pay $25+. I will absolutely never eat here again...you can find SOOO many poke restaurants in Toronto, just go to the trusted ones. This is not the place and the young lady who made my bowl needs to be approachable and kind...I was the first customer of the day, so I wouldn't be surprised if I was given food from the day before....others who review this place as being fresh, probably come during rush hour..

When I'm at Chef's Hall, there's only one destination for me: Pokito. It's become my absolute must-visit, and for good reason. Just recently, I made the mistake of trying another vendor within Chef's Hall a couple of days after a perfect Pokito meal, and I instantly regretted it! I found myself wishing I had simply gone back to Pokito instead. My order is always the same, and consistently spectacular: the Hawaiian Style Ahi Poke Bowl, accompanied by their refreshing Hawaiian Slaw and perfectly steamed Edamame. Every component of the poke bowl is incredibly fresh and flavourful, with the ahi tuna being particularly outstanding. It's truly mouthwatering, and even thinking about it as I write this makes me crave it all over again! Pokito consistently delivers on taste, quality, and satisfaction. I've learned my lesson and won't be making the mistake of trying other places when I'm in Chef's Hall again. For an undeniably delicious and reliably perfect meal, Pokito is simply the best choice.

I came here with a coupon with explicit instructions to redeem only on the day of ordering because it would be invalid otherwise. I told the person at the store about it. I redeemed it in front of her while showing it to her. After I redeemed it she said it's only for the other pokito branch. I unfortunately cannot go to that branch today and so I've lost my coupon. The coupon should've specified the location and the cashier should've double checked before I redeemed it. Thanks for wasting my time

first time getting poke and the staff was very helppful! i got the spicy salmon - wasn't that spicy, but delicious, and filling. i do wish they had warm sides, but otherwise very worth it!

I was super bummed by this visit unfortunately and their "ultimate vegan bowl". I've been to Pokito at other locations which were flawless, but the portions here were beyond stingy. $1.50 for a small bed of zucchini noodles and incredibly small poké scoops, I'd suggest avoiding this location at all costs to be honest. I also asked specifically for light dressing, but the bowl was drenched and soggy so that it completely overpowered and ruined the taste of everything else. The server wasn't rude, but I waited for ages to be served whilst everyone had their backs to me and they don't even acknowledge your food is ready and just throw in your tray when they get round to doing it.

Wow! This little food court gem is so great. I had no idea what a poke is but it was happily explained to me and then served with a smile. I’ll definitely be back here again, maybe even tomorrow.

Well, when we came there they ran out of most of the things, so the options weren't that big. The service was really quick couse we were the only ones there. This is not your classic poke bowl it is ummmm. Different. And it was also very expensive for what we got. Would I come here again, no. Would I recommend to others, definitely not. They could do so much better. Not going to lie.
