I wanted to take a moment to recognize the entire Popeyes team for the amazing work they did this afternoon. Something great happened during my visit, and the way one of the coworkers handled the situation truly stood out. The staff was incredibly respectful, patient, and professional with every customer. Thank you to all the coworkers for making the afternoon special and for showing such great respect and hospitality.
I thought I reviewed this place already... Earlier this year I purchased a fountain drink and it smelled like bleach. Literally poisonous. This Popeyes should be shut down.
Consistency is key wen it comes to authenticity but lately anytime I order it’s usually dry ,black and no taste,I am pissed at my order,this has happened over n over again and the last time I walked in I told the cashier I want juicy,she said sure only for me to look away ,got home and realized she gave me the driest chicken probably from previous day.Do better pls.that picture was worse than today
Dilara was always asking how we were doing being extremely helpful having a very calm and kind atmosphere.Dilara was being super helpful telling is when our order will be ready making us feel seen.
Amazing service and Rahul is so sweet. I appreciate how he was very accommodating and even providing some fries when I didn’t order it. Best customer service and kindness from the staff. We definitely come back again.
Overall terrible experience can’t express my disappointment in their food and service. The fries were the worst fries I’ve ever had, cold, soggy, didn’t taste edible. I barely could finish my food and would advise against if you are planning to eat here. DO NOT. This hasn’t only happened once, every time I make the terrible mistake of eating here I only get more disgusted at the state of the institution. Learn from my horrible mistake and do not eat here, I wouldn’t wish this food and service on my worst of enemies.
This is the most courteous Popeye's location that I've ever been in. Popeye's chickens are always good, and this service is a cherry on top. Keep it up
