Decent popeyes location! Consistent quality, relatively short wait times and they have big fried chicken pieces. Seasoned well with good portions. Their gravy is too over spiced, takes away from the chicken flavour but could work welm with their mashed potatoes. Good daily deals.
I ordered the today's special and the service was good and fast.. 2 staff at the counter was Arshdeep and Robie, they were very polite helpful and friendly they took time to listen to my order..also the chicken were very tasty.. I love a service with a smile I will definitely Come back here...
When i go to this Popeyes the manager tells me only one refill thats all i do yet every-time i go their he watched me when i eat and when I go to refill he comes up to me and harasses me
I always eat here and the food is always fresh, the staff are friendly and they always make the food fast. The service is admirable the place is clean and tidy.

I usually enjoy Popeyes, but my recent visit was disappointing. I placed a takeout order and noticed that the sauce I requested was missing. When I politely asked the cashier about it, she got defensive and responded with an attitude that felt unnecessarily rude. To make matters worse, when I asked for a spork, she snapped back saying I should have mentioned the order was "for here"—as if that somehow justified not providing utensils with a meal. I didn't think I needed to clarify that just to receive basic items with my food. Customer service plays a big part in the dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit fell short. I hope the staff receives some coaching on handling requests more respectfully.
The worst store ever. I ordered a 2-piece spicy combo. The chicken was freshly fried, but it had no flavor at all — and worse, it had a fishy, almost raw chicken smell, like chicken poop. I mentioned it to the staff, and the guy told me, “That’s just how chicken smells.” Seriously? That’s the raw chicken smell, not the smell of seasoned spicy chicken! I asked if I could exchange the pieces for different ones, and he said all the chicken tastes the same. So you’re telling me all the chicken has a chicken poop smell? I didn’t even ask for a refund — I just wanted decent food. Worst experience ever. Never coming back.
