We got the open‑faced egg on avocado toast, and it didn't look like the picture almost at all. In fact, the bread almost felt and tasted like Dempster’s bread or Wonder Bread. It wasn't a nice, crispy, sourdough bread like in the digital image displayed on the menu, and it also didn't taste that great. It was extremely disappointing, and I'm a bit sad because this was our first experience, so we won't be going back. However, the people at the front, the cashier, and so on are extremely kind, considerate, and welcoming agreeable people, so the service is great. The atmosphere isn’t bad. I also like the neighboring hotel or condo and its connection to PATH.

The best girl (Ami) not understanding English very well, but she did her best and she understand me and she gave me the best me and my father. I will say thank you for her.

This Salus location is one of my favourite spots to grab lunch in the downtown core. Great customizable options, decent pricing and good quality food. Staff members are friendly and fast as well.

I had Mexican sweet corn with chicken and cranberry kombucha drink for lunch! Super friendly staff, amazing services and delicious healthy meal! Definitely recommend to people and it will be my go to spot from now on!

I have been to this location three times now on Queen and Yonge and twice in the Yorkdale location. I like the downtown location better for the vibe and portion of the salad. It is generous and better done. They cater to gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets. I am hooked on the Green Goddess dressing

I strongly advise against visiting this branch. There is an imposing private security guard, possibly from 2 Queen Street East, who displays aggressive behaviour towards random patrons. He shouts and physically approaches individuals coming from the Path — by seemingly arbitrary criteria — accosting them about their destination (!). This happened to me, and I witnessed it occur twice more within just a few minutes. Such conduct is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, and does not align with Toronto’s vibrant and diverse character. This is particularly disappointing, because the bowls served at Salus are genuinely delicious, but the overall experience might be completely overshadowed by the hostile environment here.

I arrived at 5:45PM to order dinner. The woman working informed me they were closed, even though the hours state they are open until 6PM. She said they needed time to throw away the food and were no longer open. A frustrating experience!
