The food was super delicious, with the right amount of spice. The customer service was very nice, efficient and helpful with suggestion. Will definitely recommend the place and will come back for more tasty food:)))
Great deals for 2 shawarmas. Overall great balance between protein and veggies. I love that they fry the sandwich with chicken fat before serving. Downside is that they don't prepare the restaurant for serving for lunch time. I came at 12, chicken was already burning and the guy had to cut of some burned chicken, but not all. Then this poor guy was trying to process transactions for everyone who is coming in, while everyone who came first is waiting. After waiting 25min or so, everyone got their meal served at the same time. Whoever came before me, probably waited over 30min. Second guy showed up late and then things started running. 2 people need to start shift 1hr before opening to have a smooth customer experience. Please don't cheap out on that.
Had an amazing experience at Shawarma Daddy! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The portion size was generous and totally worth the price. The staff was friendly, quick, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of my new favorite spots! Highly recommended.
The worst experience I've ever had. I had a meat wrap, the meat was burnt, it was terrible. This was the first time I've had a wrap with so few ingredients in Canada. Stay away.
This place has became my favourite shawarma spot in the city over past few months. All their paneer shawarma is legendary. It tastes so good and the staff specially,Sangam is very polite and friendly. Overall, very good experience every time I visit.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. I went to this place to order two chicken shawarma wraps and a side of fries. I clearly said, “I’d like two chicken shawarma wraps and fries.” It took about 30 minutes before they even started preparing my order. When the employee finally began making the food, I noticed he was filling two boxes with fries. I asked him again to confirm that I wanted wraps, and he said yes. I repeated my order to make sure he understood, and again, he said “yes, okay.” But instead of making wraps, he piled a large amount of chicken directly onto the fries and started adding sauces. I told him this wasn’t what I ordered. He got upset and insisted that this was the “chicken shawarma with fries” I had asked for. He then offered a refund, but in a very rude and angry tone, which I didn’t appreciate. All I wanted were two chicken shawarma wraps with fries on the side—not everything mixed together. He didn’t make any effort to correct the mistake or offer to remake the wraps. I ended up just taking the food to avoid further conflict. This experience was disappointing, especially because I made my order very clear and gave them multiple chances to confirm it. I hope they improve their customer service and communication in the future.
