Had a fantastic experience at TacoTaco for my birthday event last September. We rented the front dining space for the afternoon and hosted a live band with a buffet lunch. The setup was perfect, with a great patio out front and plenty of room for guests to mingle or sit comfortably. The tacos were delicious and the entire TacoTaco team was professional, friendly, and very accommodating to our requests. Would definitely recommend this venue for a private event.
I hosted my birthday party in the dining room Saturday evening. Coordination before the event was great and the staff are very accommodating. The space and vibe was perfect for my party. The sound system for my DJ and the karaoke system was also really good! Lot's of compliments on the food as well. Staff/service on the day were so kind and helpful. Would definitely host another event here!
Ordered food for a holiday party and it was delicious. The presentation was great and they even came back to replenish whatever we needed. Definitely recommend them for any parties you are hosting!
They’re hosting a “private party” with the restaurant still fully open. I just wanted to place a to-go order and asked the person taking my order where I should wait, she said I could wait anywhere in the restaurant. I was then approached by guests of the private party asking why I was there before being approached by who I can only assume was the manager, telling me I needed to wait outside. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing experience to put your customers through.
Have been going there for a while and unfortunately, the last few times there were consistent issues to the point where we won’t return. My family has been coming here because of the vegetarian and vegan options, which are rare for taco places. However, a few times we got the wrong order (including getting a supposedly vegan taco that had beef), we saw rats under the patio, saw the owner/ manager touch his feet before grabbing plates to bring to tables, and had our food come lukewarm or cold. Their service is also particularly slow. Super unfortunate because the location is cute, drinks are good and we’d love to come back if we can trust the place again.
We were a group of 12, and booking was very convenient. The servers were accommodating, which we appreciated. However, they refused to provide separate bills, which we accepted. The real issue arose when it came time to pay—they didn’t provide us with a bill to review before making the payment. When we asked, they said they could email it to us after payment. Now, as we’re sorting out everyone’s share , we’ve noticed they overcharged us. It’s very frustrating and disappointing... definitely will not go back!
Service really let it down. Staff avoided tables and just talked to the side of the bar. No interaction with customers. Food was decent but wouldn't come back.
