The behavior of the staff is very bad. They seem to have not learned good behavior from the family. Seeing the behavior of the staff, the question arises in the mind, how will the owner of the shop be?
I had a really nice visit here! The burritos were delicious, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a tasty meal and a welcoming atmosphere!
Honestly, this visit was a mess I showed up for my order and things went downhill. The food was late. Communication was poor and instead of helping the staff made the situation worse with their attitude. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience crossed the line.
Awful service from start to finish. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived, even though I gave them plenty of time. When I tried to ask what was going on, the staff member started arguing instead of helping. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at a restaurant before. If you value good customer service or respect, this is not the place to go
This place really let me down. I was excited to try it, but the experience was nothing but stress. The food took forever, and when I asked about my order, the staff didn’t handle it well at all — they were dismissive and rude. Everyone has bad days, but treating customers like that is unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Definitely not coming back

They have lost a customer since they discontinued white rice. Who removes rice white rice? Not everyone wants just brown rice. Anyways used to like this place but now I’m never coming back.
