I found their attitude to be very rude and disrespectful, and as you look through the reviews you can see their replies to customer reviews showing their true colours on how rude they are lol not even apologetic. Also it is EXTREMELY overpriced. The add ons that are required jack up the price as advertised from $11 to $20!!?!?! For a university student this is ridiculous to pay $20 for a drink with an attitude on top. Very weird vibes. Go to chattime instead, cheaper and better quality!
I tried the Miami Sunset and really enjoyed it! it was packed with fresh fruit and had a nice, refreshing taste. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy and well put together. But honestly, the price felt a bit overpriced for what I got. Overall, a nice experience, but not something I’d rush back for at that price.
love the variety of options and unique flavors available at this bubble tea location ^_^ i always get the cherry slush with lychee popping boba when i go there, and it’s always amazing! im going to miss this location when i move off campus next month
Please don't purchase from this store because you never know what they add in their drinks becuz everything's done in hide way, their banana and strawberry drink taste so artificial and if you ask to add protein, you never know if they ve added or not becuz they make the drink in a hide way !!!!!! Becareful with this place !
Extremely rude staff during our whole exchange. Very expensive drink. I was very polite the whole time and I was a customer. First time customer as well. I don't know what happened to him on that day but I should not be treated with any bad feelings he experienced early that day. If I can give a 0, I will. I'm never coming back. Edit: Come back after giving the review: They have the audacity to say what they say in their review. They are so embarrassing.
Extremely rude staff. Staff takes too long, and extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Gets mad for asking simple questions. Very overpriced for what it is. I used to come here everyday but they’re loosing me as a customer because of the rude manners. We are supporting this business buying overpriced drinks and the staff or owner has the audacity to demand and be rude to customers. Will never come here again. If you guys are looking for bubble tea check palong tea, also expensive but staff are extremely nice and listen to every detail unlike this store.
This review is solely based on my experience with Campus Bubble tea during my undergraduate days at York University. I purchased bubble tea fairly often between 2006 - 2010. Park and his wife were always so kind and the bubble tea was always good from what I remember.
