Something has changed here and I won't be back. Went here last night to watch the world series. The server stunk of body odour, was abrasive, constantly running in the restaurant so as to not have to be called upon. Then we were essentially kicked out. We paid $180 including tax and tip but were asked for our table mid game. This is not how you run a sports bar operation. 3 out of 4 of us got sick as well. Take away this franchise!
I visited Wild Wing a couple of days ago and was impressed. The food was tasty, and the service was truly excellent, especially from a staff member named Titty. She was professional, easy to communicate with, and quickly understood exactly what I needed. Fantastic experience overall—highly recommended!
Nice place and friendly. Night times with tranquility and Vanshika back as server and bartending. Her service is amazing, no wonder I stop by to feel welcome by her.
We used to go to many different wild wings and this location was one we would visit from time to time but the experience we had yesterday has made us decide to not come to this location anymore. We went for the tuesday special which has always been half price wings day and it used to come with celery and carrots. I can understand due to covid and things getting expensive they removed the celery and carrots which is no big deal. At some point it looks like they also changed the deal to must buy a drink to get half price. That's also fine. My issue is the lack of transparency and poor customer service. We ordered 2 ciders and 4 wing singles. First off the tables were so wobbly 1 whole glass of cider and water spilt. This is an issue with the table. I had to ask for a replacement (good customer service would have the sense to apologize and immediately replace the drink). When we got the bill we were charged full price for everything. When I went to go ask the server said for Tuesday you need to state you are having the special to get the deal. Since when? To me that seems to be deceitful and non transparent to your customer to just try to charge full price for those who dont ask or check the bill. Two of the more senior servers seemed apologetic but at that point this already left a bad taste in our mouth. The manager came out and said to give the discount as long as we get 2 more drinks. I clearly said 2 more ciders and my dad mentioned a pop but I said no 2 ciders.the waitress brought out a pop and a cider not listening to instructions. For me this act feels more and more like "trying to save money" but to be honest it's more a loss of a customer who would visit this location. Im not sure if the management changed but all the staff yesterday looked different from the previous staff as well. This experience was a huge sign to ensure never to visit this location. Treat your customers with care and they will come back to give you more business. Update as of Saturday Aug 9 2025 I was just organizing my receipts over the weekend and noticed the refund didn't complete. The receipt says transaction not completed and I checked my bank transactions and no returns were made. The reason this adds to my frustration is waitresses are quick to look and say the transaction did not go through when we are paying them but conveniently they say nothing when doing a refund? Even more disappointing.
Order on Uber eats a double, barely came any wings and fries , maybe 5 pieces of wings in each box so 10 pieces of wings in total and they barely put any fries , I pay the full price for a double a they barely gave a single , what’s up with that
First time trying out wild wings and it will be our last . Wings are extremely greasy. Fries also give me heart burn . The beer was nice but the place looks run down . Both of us left with tummy aches and heart burn . Almost the whole menu is all deep fried foods and all frozen from the taste of it .
Natalie was an amazing server the day I went with my family. She was very quick and polite towards us and even brought up colours and drawings for my toddler to entertain herself, overall it was a great experience! Food was great and service was even better. Thank youu
