Horrible service. Stopped supporting this business long time ago. They never pick up the phone. Order is super late sometimes. Not a place that cares about its customers or wants to build a relationship with customers. The food can be good, but the poor service ruins everything. Whoever is running this place still has a lot to learn.
We've been ordering takeout from Wingzilla for the past few months and it's always so good. I'm so happy to have a non-chain wing spot in the neighbourhood. The truffalo wing sauce is one of our favourites. We also recently tried their new chicken tender combo and it was the best Raising Cane's dupe we've had in Canada. Love supporting this place!
The only reason this is a one star review is because google would not let me leave a 0. As a business owner in the area I have had one bad encounter at this location, I chose not to review badly because I thought things happen mistakes are made and I chose to give the benefit of the doubt and go back for a third time. After tonight all I can say is DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!! After making my take out order the young girl at the cashier says “ok ready in 10 mins” I come back and there is a different girl at the counter (she wears glasses and has dark hair and I hope someone who cares about this company sees this as staff like this cost you repeat customers and money in the long run) she comes up and asks me what I want to order I said “ I already ordered my order was….” Before I even got to finish she cut me off and asked what the name was. I said “the girl before you never asked me for my name but…” again I was cut off. She responds with “well we have a lot of Uber drivers that come in all the time” and walks away from me to the kitchen. First of all there is absolutely no correlation with an Uber driver and a walk in customer, her attitude stank! I told her when she came back “I am not an Uber driver and it is not my fault the staff did not take my order” I let her know that I thought her and the girl before were extremely rude and that I won’t be back to which I was met with more snarky comments like “ok byeee” like seriously, businesses need to catch a grip expecting customers to tolerate this behaviour, And all of the girls that work here serving customers are some of the rudest people I have ever came across!! Well done Wingzilla you lost a business owner In the neighbourhood who likes to support your place and even gave the benefit of the doubt to the bad service previously given. This is outrageous to have people like this serving customers which such rudeness and audacity. Had she had proper training and enough experience on how to listen to customers and not assumed she was right. She would have heard me trying to tell her my full order to help her identify which pick up was mine. From all of my encounters gets here the girls working here are seriously lacking the skills needed to work with customers head on. I don’t know who does the hiring or firing here but clearly they think pretty girls with no experience works. It does not, it’s a ridiculous tactic to pull in customers and it’s not working. Honestly furious about this and will not be back. Seriously Wingzilla sort your damn staff out and stop hiring young girls with bad attitudes!!! This is unacceptable and not to mention I even tipped 15% on a take out order and was met with staff members with bad attitudes, entitlement and a lack of professionalism. Judging by the staff you hire I doubt you will even take this complaint seriously but if it helps this happened between 9.45pm-10.45pm on Saturday the 22nd November!! Edit After reading other reviews it is clear to see that wingzilla refuse to acknowledge the bad service that is being given, several people on here have complained about the same attitude I received from the young girls working here. (Complaints even rating to a year ago which shows they don’t listen to their customers) It’s honestly sad to see a business with such good food let immature and entitled staff members ruin the experience for all of YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS! I don’t even expect wingzilla to do anything about this review I just hope other people see this and decide not to go here. You might have good food but food with bad service is not worth it for me, your staff and clearly management need a reality check on how to provide an enjoyable customer experience for people. For a long time, we’ve been ordering from this place through UberEats. My wife and I love the wings here. Today was the first time we visited the restaurant in person, and it was incredible — the service was friendly and the food was top-notch. The best wings in the area. Highly recommended!
Amazing food, but they have given me wrong sauce on my order numerous times. I need ranch when i get spicy wings, ruins the whole experience. better to go in person than order online
My favorite wings spot. Saucy and crunchy with a bunch of good flavors. I usually order online but in person it's even better. Vibes are decent inside, really nice outside on the patio if you go in summer. Mexican madness and smoky BBQ are my two go tos.
Their quality has significantly diminished over the last year. The boneless chicken was super dry, and the fries tasted soggy. Shame because I actually used to enjoy their wings.
