Consumers beware. I got a quote from this company earlier this year and what I found was alarming. They have been operating for nearly 2 years without being registered in Ontario at all. Don’t take their claims at face value. Do your own due diligence — here is the official Ontario Business Registry record confirming the facts: ( Search their exact name on Ontario Business Registry). Even more concerning, their Google reviews dropped from 270+ down to just a handful — a suspicious move that raises serious questions about credibility and transparency. (I have documented this and will be reported to google business profile). Because of these issues, I reported the business and its parent company to Consumer Protection Ontario and the CRA for investigation.
They were responsive, prompt and always professional. It was a great experience with them when my problem was solved in a timely manner - I can’t thank Flat Roofs enough!!
