One day I went out for lunch and BAM! There it was, nice and dangerously close to where I was working. I stopped in for a vegetarian sub and it blew me away!! The sauce. The fresh ingredients. The presentation. I'll be back. Check it out the very next time your cravings crave a sandwich of delicious proportions!!
Poorly made Awful stale bread, stale brownies. This location is the absolute worst. Only did take out because the workers were at the tables being weird.
underdog sub restaurant of the city. bread is fresh and fluffy, ingredients are sufficient and tasty. staff is really positive and patient. i also recommend you to check the hot sauce menu!
Had an excellent experience at Firehouse Subs. The subs are huge, made with high-quality ingredients, and the bread was extremely fresh. There's a great variety of items to choose from to customize your subs exactly the way you want them, and the service is fast and friendly. Located just north of Yonge and Carlton, it's a welcome addition where sandwich shops are few.
First time and ordered 2 subs. One steak & cheese and one meatball. Both for takeout. The Staff who served me was polite & efficient. BUT, the music was so loud I could barely hear her. And my hearing is just fine thank you very much. My subs put Subway to shame. Both were delicious. Looking forward to my next visit...with earplugs.
Visit 1: Ordered online and they cancelled my order without explanation after I’d been waiting 40 minutes. Visit 2: Picked up order in store. Delicious.
Not sure if this happened to others but I noticed the bottom of the bread can get soggy. Not the entire bread, but enough for it to be noticeable. It's not the sauce, just a lot of moisture like they left it near a sink and water got on it. Despite eating it quickly, it still happens. Maybe I should bring this up the next time I go.
