I just ordered 2 seafood subs through Uber eats. And the first one I opened up had a cock roach in it. I dont know if this came from the store or the Ubers bike. Will never order again.
You've got a 50/50 shot of them delivering what you ordered. One of two orders showed today and it wasn't close to correct. Too bad. Good food when staff bother.
Customer experience was really good. Lot more variety than other chains. All items are very reasonably priced. Very clean and everything is so much fresher. The bread was really nice and soft. I got a footlong chicken parm and was worth it. Excellent execution.
My Louisiana Pepper chicken Sandwich was way too soggy. The chicken itself was dripping before it made it to the bun. Also, the toasting was non existant. Probably won't return
I had a salami sub from here on Sunday... It was one of the worst mistakes of my life. The guy who served me didn't know what a salami sub was...(like you work at Mr sub. How did you even get the job if you don't know the menu?!) On top of that he didn't know what how to punch in the SPC discount. The lettuce was Brown and the guy serving me gave me attitude when I asked for fresh lettuce not from the bin because it was clearly passed due. On top of that, I am on day 3 of food poisoning. I don't think he cleaned that knife properly. DO NOT EAT HERE! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! Unless you want to be so sick you feel like you're gonna DIE!
This is the best Mr. Sub location in the city until it turns to Saturday. There is a lady who works there on the weekend that has no clue about Mr. Sun's standards. Doesn't know how much meat goes on a sub, doesn't know how to cut bread. I will no longer go back to this location until she is fired.
Im not sure how Subway is as large a company as it is when Mr Sub sandwiches taste infinitely better. As a bonus they are actually Canadian owned and they dont make their bread from yoga mats!
