I usually get breakfast and my favourite is egg, bacon and cheese with coffee/tea. The owner is really nice and hard-working. He never missed a day even during the Covid pandemic. The location is convenient for someone who works at the western hospital or coming for a visit. I sometimes get lunch too, reasonably priced.
There was no 0 star option. Waste of 90 dollars and size of meals were not well. A happy meal at McDonalds is bigger plus the salesperson came and interrupted while we were eating to tell us they forgot to charge us and charged us 30 dollars more. Plus gave us expired beverages
This is the most disgusting Druxy location is all of Canada. I have been treated by the worst employee that he calls himself Lei the manager (Get rid of him! He doesn’t know what customer service is) Coffee was cold and burnt, bagel was raw and he kept arguing I told home throw it in the garbage. I just threw $8.00 in the garbage. He didn’t even ask me to replace the coffee nor the bagel. I will write to the corporate office to say replace this manager right away!
Bagel with butter and cheddar cheese. The guy had gloves on but used the same gloves to take my cash (he wouldn't take a card) as he did to make my bagel. Food safety violations in a hospital no less!
As an employee of this hospital i would just like to say, This Druxys is the WORST i’ve ever had. DO NOT EAT HERE! YOURE BETTER OFF CROSSING THE STREET AND EATING MCDONALDS. This Druxys will make you sick. UHN Fix This establishment. (THE OWNER sold me soup from the day before and then proceeded to place it in the microwave and make it hot for me)
I’m writing this so I don’t forget and eat here again. Overpriced, mediocre/bad, poor service. I asked for avocado and he smeared some dregs of old guac ($1.50!) and I asked for hot sauce twice and he said he already added it but (shock) there was none. How did this horrible wrap cost me $15.80 lol it’s really not hard to make a decent sandwich but Druxy’s would have u believe it’s impossible.
Been there 2 times already , food was good 4.5 but service was 2... those 2 ladies don’t even ask you which topping you want to and ready to pack it up with only bread and meat. And they don’t smile :) They should get a training learn how to service.
