I feel like this is a bit late but I just want to say a big thanks to Deanna (not sure of the spelling) for assisting me find the perfect boots that I needed for our departmental holiday party! ⭐️ She went beyond just to help me as it took me to purchased twice and had 3 pair of shoes just to help find this knee-high boots! I really appreciate Deanna for this one. I hope the company will keep people like her as their assistance to others is a big thing.

The 2nd floor location across from Mango beside Dynamite has the best team. Samir and his team all excel at customer service and are extremely friendly willing to go above and beyond. I consistently shop at this location for a reason. Samir especially but along with everyone else deserve a raise or a holiday bonus. Companies need to reward their frontline staff when they are outstanding!!

Lyndsay helped me find black boots for a funeral, and she gave Greta customer service she was o fast and efficient. She was also very, kind and I’m so happy she was able to help me

A few months ago, I purchased a pair of black work shoes. It looks worn out already. Seems to me like they just sell cheap leather for a higher price. I will never buy anything from here again. Sorry not sorry!

The store is good..the sales associate abeer is lovely but for me to pay 175 $ Then pay 95$ Becuase i do admire the vegan ethical concept and the designs and the wonderful sales team in this location. In one week buys goods from call it spring then ask for a bag to put the boots box in..so i can carry it..and you guys insisit on 1 $ otherwise no bag is a Disgrace!!! Shame...what a shame !! Everytime i go the cashier ..is diffrent but they are all unprofessional and cold !! Too bad ... I left with the box that was not secured nor sealed and the box kept opening! And the boot fell off.. I left with my boots and No bag!! And they embarresed me infront of all customers inside the store!! You can not charge for an item thats not an accessory.. a paper or plastic bag is important part of the purchase otherwise the item may get damaged! That 1 dollar made you lose a loyal client ..i have more than 7 Boots and 1 bag total purchases from them and i was planning to place an order..but after that embaressing encounter.. No thanks. Ill do business with someother vendor..and they are many! Sales team: good Products: good Casheir: Zero Customer service: 0

Never shopping at this store again! I had such an inferior experience. This is the store opposite mango at Eaton. Their return process is extremely tedious and took more than ten min. When I raised concerns that this is not an optimal customer experience the male manager at the store threatened me that he won’t stand for being treated badly, seriously what?! The return process was a multi step process where I was asked for my my phone number, the original order receipt, the last four masked digits of my card, my email and was asked to agree to receiving ads from them. Plus the system from their end took forever. And when I asked the manager if he’s ever tried returning stuff at Zara or banana republic he told me that he has worked in four other companies and I should not teach him how it works. Horrible exp, never wasting my money again here on cheap footwear and cheaper customer service.

After trying shoes on I said to sales lady that I need to think and she said "sale ends today". After she said it I realized she lied to make me make a desicion to buy shoes quicker. I passed by this store few days later and guess what: sale was still on. Not the best step to make sales. I don't like liers!
