OMG!the staff is very rude!!!!!I went there around 11:30 Friday December 19.please aldo tell your employee to say hi and entertain not only to those people who look like rich to them!that girl staff you have looks like Asian.? She’s very selective to the people she wants to entertain.I am very certain because first I am the only costumer there I came and both of them never asked if I need help or what!!but when I other costumer came they say hi and she help him.but despite of that I still purchased 2 bags for Christmas gift!!!!! You need to know that person who work that time and at least do something!!
I don’t want to give them a single star, but it’s so disappointing that their customer service is awful. I went to the store this afternoon, and there were three female employees. Two of them were super rude and had no manners when talking. The third person, who helped us with the boots, looked tired and seemed like she didn’t want to work. I will never visit this store again. All three of them were very rude. The lady looked like a MOD, but I don’t understand her attitude. Because of her, I will never come back.
Picking up shoes I ordered from on line but Brianna was so nice I brought another shoes for $180. with original price and she gave me discount There are times it’s so hard to say no to a nice person like Brianna I give this young lady a 5 star
Maybe answer your phone!! I’ve been calling for two days at different times. No one answers the phone. I wanted to confirm that you had a shoe before I came to the store because I have difficulty walking. Thanks!

I work at the mall so most time I visited . The workers are always doing their job …..they greet u. They ask if u need help then let u be . I like that I don’t like pressure . I gave 4 stars because the things just get to expensive
Very unprofessional staff with careless attitude. Customer service is the worst every time you visit the store. The staff is not assisting and they are busy using their phones and taking to their colleagues. Above all they don’t treat all the customers in same manner, kinda biased staff!!!!
