Extremely disappointed with my experience at Call It Spring. The staff seriously need proper customer service training. I was still browsing shoes, and the employee started putting them away — while I was clearly looking. She kept interrupting me asking if I needed a size, even though I was on the phone deciding. It felt rushed, rude, and uncomfortable. To make it worse, I ended up buying a display shoe that was clearly worn, and they didn’t even offer a discount. Most sizes weren’t available, and the pricing was misleading. There was no patience, no manners, and no effort to make the shopping experience positive. I left annoyed, frustrated, and definitely not coming back. Here name was stephanie as it appeared on receipt

The South Asia or Indian woman working there last June 10, 2025 at around 3pm was horrible. She’s just obnoxious and appears to be unfriendly and exhibiting unpleasant demeanour. Perhaps she’s tired, stressed or done for the day? I don’t know. But this isn’t the level of customer service and quality I’m expecting for a retail store. She’s just deliberately miserable and who knows why? She needs a hug or she needs to take care herself so she won’t be passing on her bad mood. I hope Call It Spring address this to their employees and provide correct coaching and training.

I arrived at the Dufferin Mall store around 4:40 today. I wanted to buy men's and women's shoes. The music was so loud that I could barely hear the salesperson. I asked if they could please turn the music lower since I needed to video call and show the models so my brother could choose his gifts. Incidentally, the salesperson didn't even greet me when I arrived at the store and then said she was going to talk to the manager. The manager came and gave a bureaucratic explanation about not being able to turn the music off. I said that it wasn't supposed to be turned off. Well, neither of them wanted to know. It's like they're doing people a favor. I only bought what my brother wanted, I didn't buy the other things I went to buy. It seems rare to find a really friendly salesperson at Call it Spring stores. But this time it's getting worse and worse. You guys act like you don't depend on your customers. It's good that there's competition and the other gifts will be bought there. Also, if I want super loud music, I'll go to a concert, a show or a nightclub. In a store, I want to be well taken care of.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid This Store at All Costs. I had the worst experience with this store’s customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes in person, and because they didn’t have my size in stock, they said it would be shipped to me. I was also told that if I didn’t like the shoes or needed a different size, I could return or exchange them at the store later. Fine, no problem. However, when I received the shoes, I didn’t like them and went back to the store to return them. That’s when the nightmare began. I was told I couldn’t return the shoes in-store because they claimed it was an “online purchase” since they shipped it to me. They completely went back on what they promised and told me to call customer service instead, which was an absolute pain. To make matters worse, they tried to claim the shoes were “worn,” which was a blatant lie. I had only tried them on once and decided they weren’t for me. Their dishonesty and refusal to take responsibility for their promises are absolutely appalling. This is my first and definitely my last purchase from this brand. The lack of accountability, terrible customer service, and outright lies make it clear that they don’t value their customers at all. Save yourself the trouble and go to a brand that actually respects its customers. This was nothing but stress, frustration, and a waste of time.

I just left this location. We asked the staff the pricing of the sales and was advise that we would get the discount off the already reduced tag. We clarified it more than once but when we got to the cash it was not so. When I spoke to the salesrep about it we were told something totally different. To top it off instead of deescalating the situation she made it worse but saying that I was rude. In the mist of the discussion. She hid twice in storage area. When I asked for the managers number and their names the incorrect information was given. I will never go to this location again.

Comfy, stylish shoes that I am so glad are all-vegan! Arpan was helpful in getting me everything I needed, offering to order my size to the store. I just wish the store carried size 10.5.

Was there yesterday.. Very nice staff.. Didn't have a problem getting in the store.. Very clean.. Staff was masked.. Very experience..will go back in the near future..
