Sales staff are very pushy, asking if you are going to buy every 45 seconds. It’s the same every time I go to this location. The shoes are low quality but everyone knows that by now.
Maxim was so friendly and helpful when I was trying on a bunch of shoes for an event. Didn’t rush me and got so many options for me to try. When I ended up not wearing them, he happened to be there when I went back a couple of weeks later and I was able to return both pairs I bought without any issues even though one of the shoes had some carpet fibres from my house that stuck to the sticker area of the sole. Great customer experience, will be back!
Worst location ever! Don't even deserve 1 star, should be zero. I thought it was only me who had a bad experience in this location. Oh well, seems like customer service here was very poor. Very rude "manager" as she pertains herself as, lazy and refuses to look for pairs of shoes, and a liar, telling people they don't have the item but they do, she was just lazy and giving people attitude. I was surprised they hire people like her.

Horrible experience. The girl working here was so rude I tried to make small talk calling she shows I wanted cute twice and she ignored me. She looked annoyed when I asked for sizes and I said sorry and she informer me and made a face. Not the way you want to treat customers who spend 300 in your store. She only perked up slightly when I asked about an item she could upsell. The only saving grace was the friendly gentleman who was working who said they looked nice. I left feeling ignored, offended, and wanting to take my business elsewhere.
The location offers great selection and kind, friendly staffing. Needs were immediately attended to by staffer who made everything easy. Sizing was available and choices too. Loved their styles and fashion and my purchase was easy. A great place along the Queen St shops. Certainly will be back in again.
I wish I could give zero or anything worst than that. I was such a loyal customer; starting from a very little earing to shoes, bags, sunglasses- everything was from aldo. I will never go back to this brand. Customer service is so poor. I bought a shoes and got blisters all over my leg. I went with blisters and shoes on the same day and said I could never wear them. I wanted an exchange and not refund. The reply I got was, we have something to prevent it. Even with me having blisters on my leg, they wanted to do business and not service. Having so many shoes on their rack, they should understand that everybody's feet is different and sometimes they dont fit well. I am never going back to this brand for anything.
